Product Usage Instructions
Installation:
- Ensure that the plumbing size is compatible with the
filter. - Place the Clean & Clear Plus Filter in the desired
location. - Connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the corresponding ports
on the filter. - Use the supplied bulkhead union set for easy installation.
Filter Cartridge Replacement:
- Refer to the model number of your filter to identify the
correct replacement cartridge pack. - Remove the old cartridges from the filter assembly.
- Insert the new cartridges into the filter assembly, ensuring
they are properly aligned. - Tighten any necessary fasteners to secure the cartridges in
place.
Note: Regularly clean the cartridges to maintain optimal
filtration performance.
Vertical Clearance:
Refer to the provided vertical clearance diagram to ensure
proper clearance for removing filter elements.
Flow Rate:
Pentair does not recommend flow rates above 150 GPM for optimal
performance.
High Flow Internal Air Relief:
The integrated continuous High Flow internal air relief is
operational only when there is unobstructed flow in the circulating
system.

Clean & Clear Plus Filters have a corrosion resistant injection molded
filter tank featuring strength and reliability. The cartridge assembly uses four easy to clean, non-woven, polyester cartridges. Each filter is supplied with a bulkhead union set for easy installation.
