Usage Instructions
- Carefully remove all parts from the box and place them on a
clean, soft surface. - Remove the mounting plate (B) from the fixture (G) by removing
screws (F). - Using the mounting plate (B) as a guide, line it up with the
junction box and mark the anchor positions. - Using a drill bit slightly smaller than the anchors, drill
holes in the marked positions. - Install the anchors (A) into the holes using a hammer.
- Install the mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure
it with screws. - Connect the fixture neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral
wire (usually white) using a wire nut (E). - Connect the fixture hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire
(usually black) using a wire nut (E). Caution: Do
not reverse the hot and neutral connections. - Make sure all wire connections are tight and carefully tuck
them into the junction box. - Install the fixture (G) to the mounting plate (B) and secure it
with screws (F). - Install light bulbs into the sockets.
- Attach rubber washers (I & K) to either side of glass disks
(J) and secure them to threaded nipples (H) using finials (L) as
shown in the diagram.
Care Instructions
Clean the fixture only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster.
Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.

NOTICE:
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.

PERSONS REQUIRED: Two
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface. 2. Remove mounting plate (B) from fixture (G) by removing screws (F). 3. Using mounting plate (B) as a guide, line up with the junction box and
mark anchor positions. 4. Using a drill bit slightly smaller than the anchor, drill holes in the
marked positions. Install anchors (A) into the holes using hammer. 5. Install mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure with
mounting screws (D), then secure wood screws (C) to anchors (A). NOTE: It is recommended to have a helper assist in supporting the fixture for steps 6-11. 6. Run support cable through hole on back of mounting plate (B). Loosen cable lock and install to end of support cable. Insert other end of cable through the cable lock and tighten ends with a screwdriver to secure. (see diagram 1) 7. Wrap fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green grounding screw (see diagram 2). Tighten. Continue fixture ground wire and connect to supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) using wire nut (E). NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded.

8. Connect fixture neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (E).
9. Connect fixture hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (E). CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections.
10. Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck into the junction box.
11. Install fixture (G) to mounting plate (B) and secure with screws (F). 12. Install light bulbs into the sockets. 13. Attach rubber washers (I & K) to either side of glass disks (J) and
secure to threaded nipples (H) using finials (L) as shown in diagram.
