Product Information
The Unistrut Mounting Kit is a versatile mounting installation
set that allows for easy installation of various objects using
Unistrut channels. It comes with all the necessary components and
hardware for a secure and efficient mounting solution.
The kit includes:
- 1 x Mounting Bracket
- 2 x Rev. B Fasteners
- 4 x P/N 87783964 Fasteners
- 4 x P/N 87783981 Fasteners
Please note that the 3/8 fastener is not included in the kit and
needs to be separately obtained.
Product Usage Instructions
1. Identify the desired location for mounting and ensure it is
suitable for the weight and size of the object to be mounted.
2. Attach the Mounting Bracket to the Unistrut channel by
aligning the holes on the bracket with the slots on the channel.
Use the provided fasteners to secure the bracket in place. Refer to
the specific Unistrut channel installation instructions for proper
alignment and fastening techniques.
3. Once the Mounting Bracket is securely attached to the
Unistrut channel, position the object to be mounted onto the
bracket. Ensure that it is properly aligned and centered.
4. Use the appropriate fasteners (P/N 87783964 and P/N 87783981)
to secure the object to the Mounting Bracket. The number of
fasteners required may vary depending on the size and weight of the
object. Consult the object’s manufacturer guidelines for
recommended fastening specifications.
5. Inspect the mounted object to ensure it is securely attached
and properly aligned. Make any necessary adjustments or additional
fastening if required.
6. Periodically check the mounted object for any signs of
loosening or damage. Tighten the fasteners if necessary.
It is important to follow the specific manufacturer’s
instructions for both the Unistrut channel and the object being
mounted to ensure a safe and reliable installation.
