Tips and tricks to help you get started with your new Server Express® pump.
- Remove the unit from the box. Wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry pump parts properly before use.
- Squeeze the pinch valve open to ensure it isn’t stuck shut, then insert it into the pump housing.
- Press the dome into the housing fully and wrap the loop around the lower opening to secure it.
- Install tube by rotating until both pegs on housing fit into holes on tube.
- Install connector by rotating until both pegs on connector fit into holes on tube.
THE CONNECTOR MUST POINT AWAY FROM THE END OF THE DISCHARGE TUBE. - Select discharge fitting.
CONSISTENCY OF WHAT YOU DISPENSE SUGGESTED FITTING SIZE THIN (hot sauce) SMALL THICK (ketchup or mustard) MEDIUM THICKER (relish or tartar sauce) LARGE - Insert discharge fitting into the discharge tube. Place loop of fitting around the peg on the end of the discharge tube.
- Full assembled pump.
