Product Information
The QSF4034PN is a ceiling-mounted light fixture that comes with
all necessary components for installation. The package contents
include a ceiling canopy, short tube, shade, long tube, socket
assembly, crossbar assembly, wire connectors, and outlet box
screws. The fixture is designed to accommodate three bulbs with a
maximum wattage of 100W each and has a medium (E26) bulb base type
compatible with Type A bulbs. This fixture is recommended for
indoor use only.
Product Usage Instructions
- Begin installation by attaching the long tube and socket
assembly to the outlet box using the provided mounting
hardware. - Next, attach the short tube and ceiling canopy to the long tube
using the provided mounting hardware. - Install the crossbar assembly onto the outlet box using the
provided outlet box screws. - Wire the fixture by connecting the white wire from the supply
to the white wire from the fixture and connecting the black (or
red) wire from the supply to the black wire from the fixture.
Connect both ground wires to the green ground screw. - Attach the ceiling canopy to the crossbar assembly using the
provided mounting hardware. - Install three bulbs into the fixture, making sure to use bulbs
with a maximum wattage of 100W and a medium (E26) base type
compatible with Type A bulbs. Refer to fixture markings and/or
labels for guidance on correct bulb installation. - Restore electricity and enjoy your newly installed light
fixture!
