320821 Cantilever Rack Starter Sets

Product Usage Instructions

1. Using the M16x101 bolts included with the base, secure the post
   to the base using all 5 bolts. Repeat for the other base and
   post.
2. 1. FOR SINGLE SIDED: Secure posts to the end of the base.
   2. FOR DOUBLE SIDED: Secure posts to the middle of the base.
3. 1. Using the hardware included in the X brace kit, lay out two H
      braces and connect the X brace to each corner, forming the X with
      the H bars across the top and bottom.
   2. Connect the HX Brace to the posts using the remaining hardware
      included in the brace kit. Connect to one side post completely
      before connecting to the other.
4. FOR 120 UNITS: Connect the third H post to the side posts for
   added structural security.
5. Use 2 M12x75 Anchors per base to bolt the cantilever to the
   ground. Position the anchors and bolt them securely.
6. Lift each arm into position and secure it with an M16x87 bolt.
   Repeat this step for each arm.

WARNINGS

User Manual

· MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR EACH ARM IS 1200lbs. DO NOT OVERLOAD. Check the label on each arm.
· Do not load arms in a way that the load exceed the length of the arm. Leave at least 4″ unloaded from the end of the arm.
· Be cautious of tipping.The center of mass of the load must be located less than halfway up the length of the arm.
· The width of the cargo must not exceed 2 times the width of the cantilever rack.
