Product Information: Roof Rack Installation Manual
This is a roof rack installation manual for the RZR XP 1000 4
seater vehicle. The product is called the Sport Roof Rack and is
available for purchase at AFX Motorsports. The package includes a
central bar, rear roof rack, front roof rack, special plate, 4 tube
clamps, and hardware such as laterals, bolts, washers, nuts, and an
Allen key.
Please note that this product is for off-road use only and comes
with a liability statement.
Product Usage Instructions
- Settle the complete rack over the roof aligning the
perforations. - Use eight 1/4 x 1 screws with nut and washer and two tube
clamps to secure the rack to the roof. - Place the upper corner with the lateral and use four 1/4x 1/2
screws with nut. Do not tighten yet. - Align 4 central bars with the perforations and use sixteen 3/16
x 1/2 screws with nut, inserting them bottom-up. Do not tighten
yet. - Place the rear rack with the front rack, aligning the C
hardware with the perforations. Use eight 1/4 x 1/2 screws with
nut. Do not tighten yet. - Tighten all the screws including the 1/4 x 1/2 screw to
complete the installation.
Please use the 5/32 Allen key and 7/16 combination wrench to
tighten the screws. For safety purposes, it is important to tighten
all screws.

(12x) 1/4″ x 1″ Bolts with washers and nuts. (16x) 1/4″ x 1/2″ Bolts with nuts. (28x) 3/16″ x 1/2″ Bolts with nuts.
5/32″ Allen Key.
7/16″ Combination Wrench.

7 Settle the complete rack over the roof aligning the
perforations. Use eight 1/4 x 1″ screws with nut and wahser and two tube clamps (as it shown in the image).

Place the upper corner with the lateral (as it is shown in the
image). Use four 1/4x 1/2″ screws with nut. (Do not tighten
yet).

* For safety tighten all the screws. Now you have completed the installation.
Laterals
1/4 x 1/2″ Screw
Align 3 central bars with the perforations (as it is shown in the image). Use twelve 3/16 x 1/2″ screws with nut, inserting them bottom-up. (Do no tighten yet)
Central Bar
3/16 x 1/2″ Screw
3 Place the frontal corner with the lateral (as it is shown in the
image). Use four 1/4 x 1/2″ screws with nut (Do not tighten yet).
Laterals
5 Place the rear rack with the front rack, aligning the “C”
hardware with the perforations (as it is shown in the image), using eight 1/4 x 1/2″ screws with nut. (Do not tighten yet).
Rear Roof Rack
1/4x 1/2 ” screw
4 Align 4 central bars with the perforations (as it is shown in the
image). Use sixteen 3/16 x 1/2″ screws with nut, inserting them bottom-up. (Do not tighten yet).
Central Bar
Frontal Roof Rack Special plate
3/16 x 1/2 ” screw
6 Thighten all the screws.
Align 1/4 x 1/2″ screw
