CAN035 Roof Rack Polaris

Product Information: Roof Rack for Polaris RZR Pro R 4 Seater
(CAN035)

The Roof Rack (CAN036) is an off-road use only product that can
be installed over the original roof of Polaris RZR Pro R 4 Seater.
The product is available for purchase at AFX Motorsports. The roof
rack comes with a liability statement that requires all screws to
be tightened for safety.

Product Usage Instructions:

Tools Needed: 5/32 Allen Key, 7/16 or 14 mm
Combination Wrench (not included)

  1. Assemble the front of the roof rack with the front laterals
    using four 1/4 x 3/4 screws with nuts. Do not tighten yet.
  2. Align three central bars with the perforations and use twelve
    1/4 x 1/2 screws with nut, inserting them bottom-up. Do not tighten
    yet.
  3. Assemble the rear of the roof rack with the lateral using four
    1/4 x 3/4 screws with nut. Do not tighten yet.
  4. Align three central bars with the perforations and use twelve
    1/4 x 1/2 screws with nut, inserting them bottom-up. Do not tighten
    yet.
  5. Join the rear rack to the front rack, aligning the brackets
    with the perforations using eight 1/4 x 1/2 screws with nut. Do not
    tighten yet.
  6. With the help of another person, place the complete rack over
    the original roof and align the perforations. Use the six screws
    you removed from the roof to tighten all the screws.
  7. Align the last central bar with the perforations as shown in
    the image and use four 1/4 x 1/2 screws with nut, inserting them
    bottom-up.
  8. Tighten all screws for safety.

Note: The figure on the bracket should be placed down and to the
front.

HOW TO INSTALL

Rear Roof Rack

Central bar Bracket

9 With the Help of another person, place the complete rack over
the Original Roof and aligning the perforations. Use the six screws you removed from the roof, tighten all the screws

Rear Lateral

Front Laterals
(8x) 1/4″ x 3/4″ Screw (36x) 1/4″ x 1/2″ Screw (44x) 1/4″ Lock nut
Tools Needed (Not Included) 5/32″ Allen Key 7/16″ or 14 mm Combination Wrench

* For safety tighten all the screws *

6 Align the last central bar with the perforations (as it is shown
in the image). Use four 1/4″ x 1/2″ screws with nut, inserting them bottom-up

1 Assemble the Front of the roof rack with the Front laterals
(as it is shown in the image). Use four 1/4 x 3/4″ screws with nuts. (Do not tighten yet)

7 Remove the six screws of the roof and keep them with you

2 Align 3 central bars with the perforations. Use twelve
1/4″ x 1/2″ screws with nut, inserting them bottom-up. (Do no tighten yet)

3 Assemble the Rear of the roof rack with the lateral (as it is shown
in the image). Use four 1/4 x 3/4″ screws with nut. (Do not tighten yet)

5 Join the rear rack to the front rack, aligning the Brackets
with the perforations (as it is shown in the image), using eight 1/4 x 1/2″ screws with nut. (Do not tighten yet).
