Before you assemble your rack, make sure the contents of the
package are complete according to the following list:

• Left side panel
• Right side panel
• Base panel
• Cover panel
• Front panel
• Base
• Connector bolt
• Connector housing
• Wooden dowel
• Woodscrew for rack rail
• Rack rail 10 U
• Furniture caster

Place all components on a suitable mounting surface for
mounting. Use a soft padding to prevent damages to the
surfaces.

Insert the connector housings, the connecting bolts, and the
wooden pegs into the holes provided in the components, as shown in
the figure below. Position all connector housings so that the
respective connecting bolts can be completely sunk into the holes
and the arrow position of the connector housings points towards the
hole. After insertion, the connecting bolts sit loosely in the
drill holes and only spread apart when the connector housings on
the associated component are tightened.

Place the base panel, the base, and the front panel onto the
connecting bolts of the left side panel. Tighten the connector
housings clockwise to lock the connection with the inserted
connecting bolts. Place the cover panel onto the connecting bolts
of the left side panel. Tighten the connector housings clockwise to
lock the connection with the inserted connecting bolts. Place the
right side panel on the pre-assembled unit consisting of the left
side panel, base plate, base, front panel, and cover plate. Tighten
the connector housings clockwise to lock the connection with the
inserted connecting bolts. Check all connections for a tight
fit.

DANGER! Danger for children Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of and are not in the reach of babies and young children. Choking hazard! Ensure that children do not detach any small parts (e.g. knobs or the like) from the product. They could swallow the pieces and choke! Never let children play unattended with the product.
CAUTION! Risk of injury to the hands When assembling and screwing the individual parts, pay attention to sharp edges on tools, screws and components.

Installation

Installation

Preparing the components
Insert the connector housings, the connecting bolts and the wooden pegs into the holes provided in the components, as shown in the figure below.
Position all connector housings so that the respective connecting bolts can be completely sunk into the holes and the arrow posi- tion of the connector housings points towards the hole.

Installation
Place the cover panel onto the connecting bolts of the left side panel. Tighten the connector housings clockwise to lock the connec- tion with the inserted connecting bolts. Place the right side panel on the pre-assembled unit consisting of the left side panel, base plate, base, front panel and cover plate. Tighten the connector housings clockwise to lock the connection with the inserted connecting bolts. Check all connections for tight fit.

Installation

Set the fully assembled unit onto the rack rail front. Screw the four casters into the holes provided in the base panel , each with four raised countersunk screw.
Set up the rack. Screw the rack rails to the inside of the rack, parallel to the front edge, using six wood screws each. We recommend a distance of approx. 1.5 cm from the front edge. A mounting template is included for easy installation.
