Product Information:
The 19 Rack Module Holder and 19 Rack DIN Module Holder are
enclosures designed for mounting in 19 racks or on a wall. The 19
Rack Module Holder features a lockable door made of plexiglass and
comes with a tamper connector. It can also be equipped with a
mounted DIN rail for attaching additional components such as
circuit breakers or power supplies. When the DIN rail is mounted,
the unit is referred to as the 19 Rack DIN Module Holder.

Product Usage Instructions:
Mounting 19 Rack Module Holder:
The unit can be mounted in a 19 rack or on a wall. When mounting
in a 19 rack, screw in the upper holes in the bracket. When
mounting on a wall, use suitable screws and plugs. Remove the
protective plastic on the cover after installation.
Positions for Cards in 19 Rack Module
Holder:
The 19 Rack Module Holder has different positions for circuit
boards:
- 4 places for circuit boards with a larger form factor (marked
1-4) - 12 places for circuit boards in the smaller form factor (marked
a-c)
Note that the grooves in the middle (b) are adapted for standing
cards, while the horizontal cards (a, c) have more space.
Important Note:
It is the installer’s responsibility to consider wiring and
cable lengths when installing circuit boards.

19 rack module holder och 19 rack DIN module är en fyra höjdenheters hög kapsling för montering i 19″ rack eller på vägg. 19 rack module holder har låsbar dörr i plexiglas och kommer med sabotagekontakt som standard. Enheten finns även med monterad DIN-skena för att fästa tillval som automatsäkringar som har DIN-skene fäste. Med DIN-skena monterad heter enheten: 19 rack DIN module holder.

Vid montering på vägg, använd lämplig skruv och plugg för väggtyp. Tag av skyddsplast på locket efter montering.
Obs!
Skruva alltid upp med minst två skruv i varje konsol.

Antal platser för kretskort i mindre formfaktorn (L-modul): 12 st – markerade a-c i bilden. Dock får 8 (liggande) tillvalskort plats som mest (a, c), då spåren mitten (b) är anpassade för stående kort.

Sabotagekontaktens hävarm skall vid stängd skåpdörr vara i slutet läge (stängd). Går larm (“tamper alarm” / larm till undercentral) kan hävarmen behöva justeras. Hävarmen justeras genom följande steg: 1. Nyp åt med en plattång mitt på hävarmen. 2. Justera hävarmen försiktigt åt önskat håll (upp/ner). 3. Kontrollera genom att stänga dörren. Ett klick hörs när kontakten sluts.
Obs!
Sabotagekontakten skall inte larma vid stängd och låst dörr.

The tamper switch lever must be in the closed position when the cabinet door is closed. If the alarm goes off (“tamper alarm”), the lever may needs to be adjusted. The lever is adjusted by the following steps: 1. Pinch with pliers in the middle of the lever. 2. Carefully adjust the lever in the desired direction (up / down). 3. Check by closing the door. A click is heard when the contact is closed.
Notice
Tamper switch will not give an alarm when closed and locked the door.
