Step-Up Platform

The step-up platform is used for assisting in heavy lifts. It is

Durable Rubber Training Surface

The durable rubber training surface is designed to absorb
impact, dampen noise, and protect flooring during Olympic
lifts.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the MG-MR694-04 MEGA Open Rack:

Ensure that the rack is placed on a stable and level
surface.
Attach the squat handles to the desired height on the rack
uprights.
For body-weight dips, attach the MEGA Open Rack to the outside
uprights of the Power or Open Racks.
For Olympic lifts and customized takeoff heights, attach the
large cradles to the outside of the Power and Open Racks.
Attach the ramp to the Power Rack platform for a gradual
incline.
For rotational training, attach the rotational training
attachment to any MEGA Power Rack using a bar (not included).
To display your facility logo, use the logo option
provided.
Attach the Olympic Bar Land Mine Attachment to the rack and use
it with an Olympic bar for added training variety.
Attach the angled pressing arms with band attachments to the
outside of the Power and Open Racks for added training variety with
speed and resistance.
Use the small or large oversized hooks to accommodate
large-diameter Olympic bars on the outside of the Power and Open
Racks.
Connect the MG-A695 and VY-D695 Horizontal Adjustment Benches
directly to the rack without a platform using the appropriate
connectors.
Connect the MG-A695 Horizontal Adjustment Bench directly to the
rack when using a platform using the appropriate connector.
Use the rope training anchor point on any version of the MEGA
Open Racks for rope training.
Replace the standard equipment with the vertical Olympic bar
storage for convenient storage of Olympic bars.
Use the step-up platform for assisting in heavy lifts.
