245644 Single Sided Cantilever Rack Shelving
Product Information
The Cantilever Rack Shelving is a storage solution that provides
ample space for storing various items. It comes in four different
models: 245644, 245645, 245646, and 245647. The product has a
maximum weight capacity of 880lbs for the 36×24 model and 660lbs
for the 48×24, 60×24, and 72×24 models. The product should not be
overloaded as it may cause damage to the unit.
Product Usage Instructions
- Using M8x20 bolts, fasten the two or three pieces of the 3
stringers together according to the images above and the desired
dimension of the rack. - Using M8x20 bolts and washers, fasten the 3 stringers to the
support bars of the uprights. - Thread 4 feet through the threaded holes on the bottom of each
upright piece. - Slide the arms down the uprights and set them at the desired
height for racking. - Using M10x100 bolts and washers, secure the arms to the upright
of the rack. - Holding the bars upright, install the M10x100 sway x-bars so
that the bars are not under tension or compression. The holes will
vary depending on width setting of the unit. - Secure each of the 2 x-bars in at the ends using M10x100 bolts
and in the middle using M10x20 bolts. - For larger widths, use added X-bar extensions.
It is important to follow all instructions carefully to ensure
proper installation and usage of the product. Additionally, it is
important to note the warning in the user manual to avoid any
potential hazards while using the product.
