RC-24-H12 Aluminum Roof Curb

Product Information

The product is a Roof Curb Model RC-24-H12 manufactured and sold
by Active Ventilation Products, Inc. The roof curb has an inside
opening of 25 inches, outside length and width of 27 inches, and
height of 12 inches. The product comes with screws, hypotenuse
measuring 38, roof vent, curb mount flange, exhaust or intake,
membrane insulation, duct from below, wood nailer roof deck, and
membrane manufacturer specifications. The recommended installation
screw is #10 x 1 1/2 Sheet Metal Screw.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Cut a square or round hole 25 inches in diameter in the roof
    deck.
  2. Arrange the flange on the curb mount and ensure that you have
    20 screws for installation.
  3. Use #10 x 1 1/2 Sheet Metal Screw for installation as
    recommended.
  4. Flash the roof curb onto the deck as per the membrane
    manufacturer’s specifications.
  5. Remember that screws are not included in the package.

Roof Curb Installation Instructions

1. Cut a square or round hole 25″ in diameter in the roof deck. 2. Total number of screws needed for flange = 20 3. Recommended installation screw: #10 x 1 1/2″ Sheet Metal Screw 4. Flash roof curb onto deck according to specifications of the
membrane manufacturer. 5. Screws not included.
