CLEANING THE MACHINE

These instructions show the steps for 6 MONTHLY cleaning of the Primo Maxi:

• Cleaning the ingredient mixer parts
• Clean the drip tray and cup tray
• Clean the canisters & chutes

1. 1.03.02 -counters/service-counters/rinse& clean counters
2. Check: Rinse is done daily, Cleaning Tablet weekly.
3. Remove the mixer bowl & base – check the condition of the seals and the motor turns.
4. Grease the O-Ring for the mixer bowl.
5. Remove, clean & dry the dust tray.
6. Clean and replace the Mixer base and Mixer bowl.
7. Grease the O-Ring on the door for smooth closing of the machine.
8. Remove the brewer from the machine, then remove back cover.
9. Slide out the funnel. Remove piston cover – access to dirty cover of upper piston
10. Remove the screw of the lower piston filter.
11. Take out the upper filter and ring
12. Use the brewer connecting screw to remove the lower piston from the chamber
13. Clean the brewer under hot water -ensure coffee is removed from the upper piston
14. Dry the brewer with cloth -grease the lower piston shaft
15. Replace: Filters/Filter Ring/Piston cover/Funnel/Back of brewer
16. Finally – grease the door lock.
