CTL806 Series Canopy Mounted LED Fixtures
Product Information:
The Canopy Mounted LED Fixtures: CTL18, CTL19, and CTL806 Series
are designed to provide efficient lighting solutions for various
applications. These fixtures are suitable for installation in
commercial and residential spaces.
The product features a Mounting Bracket that securely attaches
to a 4-inch Round or Square Junction Box, ensuring stability and
safety. The Canopy Assembly is positioned close to the Mounting
Bracket for easy installation.
The LED Driver supports a specific voltage range, so it is
important to verify that the primary voltage matches the LED
Driver’s voltage range.
If desired, the fixtures can be dimmed using a 0-10V control
system. In this case, the Purple and Pink wires need to be
connected according to the dimmer instructions.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Before installation, ensure that a 4-inch Round or Square
Junction Box is properly mounted to the ceiling structure. - Loosen the two (2) mounting screws on the Canopy and remove the
Mounting Bracket from the Canopy. - Securely attach the Mounting Bracket to the Junction Box.
- Verify that the primary voltage matches the voltage range of
the LED Driver. - Position the Canopy Assembly close to the Mounting
Bracket. - Connect the Leads from the Junction Box to the Leads of the
Luminaire:- Black-to-Black
- White-to-White
- Green-to-Ground
- If using 0-10V Dimming, connect the Purple and Pink wires
according to the dimmer instructions. Otherwise, use a wire
connector to cap these wires individually. - Carefully tuck excess wire and connectors in the Junction Box
while positioning the Canopy in place. - Tighten the Mounting Screws to complete the assembly.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
· READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR LATER USE
· Product should be installed by an Electrician
· All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards; if you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections, obtain the services of an Electrician
· Product must be grounded to avoid potential electric shock and any other potential hazards
· If the luminaire has any visible damage, do not install it
· Do not exceed the nominal supply voltage or amperage ratings
· Double check all connections and screws, making sure they are tight and correct
· Do not install any lamp holder closer than 6-inches from any curtain or similar combustible material
· Do not mount near gas or electric heaters
· Installing contrary to instructions may cause unsafe conditions
· Product must be mounted in locations and at heights consistent with its intended use and in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes
· WARNING: TO AVOID BURNS, FIRE, SHOCK OR ELECTROCUTION – Turn off the power at fuse or circuit breaker box before installation or maintenance work – Wear rubber soled shoes and work on a sturdy wooden or nonconductive ladder – Lamps are extremely hot when lit. Allow lamps to cool down in temperature before handling – Most dwellings built before 1985 have supply wire rated at 60°C – Supply conductors (power wires) connecting the luminaire must be rated at minimum of 90°C

CANOPY INSTALLATION/ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Prior to installation, ensure a 4-inch Round or Square (with a Square-to-Round Junction Box Cover Plate) Box is properly mounted to the ceiling structure.
Junction Box
1. Loosen the two (2) mounting screws on the Canopy and remove Mounting Bracket from the Canopy
2. Securely attach the Mounting Bracket to the Junction Box
3. Verify that the primary voltage matches the voltage range of the LED Driver
4. Position Canopy Assembly close to Mounting Bracket
5. Connect the Leads from the Junction Box to the Leads of the Luminaire (Black-to-Black, White-to-White and Green-to-Ground)
6. If using 0-10V Dimming, connect Purple and Pink wires per dimmer instructions, otherwise, use wire connector to cap these wires individually
7. Carefully tuck excess wire and connectors in Junction Box while positioning the Canopy in place.
8. Tighten Mounting Screws to complete assembly
