The MAL2816LG and MAL2816MBK Ceiling Light Fixtures are modern
and stylish lighting solutions that add elegance to any room. These
fixtures come with a center rod, side tubes, top and bottom cross
tubes, and an AC ceiling canopy. They also include mounting
hardware, wire connectors, and a crossbar assembly. The fixture is
compatible with candelabra (E12) type bulbs and can accommodate up
to four bulbs with a maximum wattage of 60W each.

Usage Instructions

Safety Information:

Before attempting to assemble, install or operate the product,
please read and understand the entire manual. To avoid the risk of
electric shock, turn off electricity at the circuit breaker box or
main fuse box before beginning installation. Always use bulbs
specified by the markings and/or labels on the fixture to prevent
the risk of fire. If in doubt about electrical installation,
consult a licensed electrician.

Tools Required:

Tools needed for installation include a screwdriver and wire
strippers.

Care and Maintenance:

Clean the fixture using a soft, dry cloth or static duster.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives that may damage the

Installation:

Unfold support arms.
Install the top cross tube to the socket assembly.
Install the bottom cross tube to the side tube.
Install the ceiling canopy to the upper rod.
If using optional rods, install them now. For an 8-foot
ceiling, use two 12L rods. For a 9-foot ceiling, use two 6L rods
and two 12L rods.
Install the crossbar assembly.
Wire the fixture to the outlet box, connecting the white wire
from the supply to the white wire from the fixture, and the black
(or red) wire from the supply to the black wire from the fixture.
Connect the ground wire from the supply to the green ground
screw.
Install the ceiling canopy to the crossbar assembly.
Install four correct bulbs referring to fixture markings and/or
labels for maximum wattage. The recommended bulb type is a
candelabra (E12) base type bulb with a bulb shape of 90 degrees
swivel.

Your installation is now complete! Restore electricity and save
this sheet for future reference.
