Pressure Washers

A pressure washer is a cleaning device that uses high-pressure
water to remove dirt and grime from surfaces. It is designed to

Pump Oil

Pump oil is a specially designed oil for pressure washer pumps.
It is formulated to keep pumps cooler than regular oil and is
suitable for all climates. It contains rust and corrosion
additives, anti-wear additives, foam suppressant, and dispersant
for system cleanliness. The AW-4085-0016 pump oil comes in 1-pint
size with a convenient pour spout and resealable cap. It is sold in
cases of 6 or 12.

Pump Saver

Pump saver is a product that provides longer pump life, prevents
harmful build-up of hard water mineral deposits, preserves seals
and pistons, and protects against freezing for safe, cold weather
storage. It is suitable for use with all pressure washers and comes

Pump Winterizing Blowout Fitting

The pump winterizing blowout fitting is designed to allow you to
use an air chuck to clear the pump of any water remaining in the
system to avoid damage from freezing. It is suitable for use with
all pressure washers and has the product code AW-4070-0005.

High Temperature O-Rings

High temperature O-rings are used to ensure a tight fit and
prevent leaks with quick connect sockets. The 3/8-inch high temp
silicon O-ring with product code 25-0594 fits quick connect socket
17-0004 on hot water outlets, for hoses. The 1/4-inch high temp
silicon O-ring with product code 25-0595 fits quick connect socket
17-0028 on wands.

Long Range Chemical Nozzle

The long-range chemical nozzle is a quick-connect nozzle that
attaches to the end of the wand. It operates at low pressure and
has a range of 30-feet while drawing chemical. The product code for
the long-range chemical nozzle is 18-0373.

Digital Hour Meter/Tachometer

The digital hour meter/tachometer updates every 3 seconds and
measures RPM up to 9,900. The product code for the digital hour
meter/tachometer is 32-0416.

Product Usage Instructions:

Before using the pressure washer, ensure that all accessories,
fittings, and O-rings are properly installed and in good
condition.

Pump Oil Usage Instructions:

  1. Turn off the pressure washer and let it cool down.
  2. Locate the pump oil cap and remove it.
  3. Pour the pump oil into the reservoir using a funnel to avoid
    spills.
  4. Replace the pump oil cap and tighten it securely.

Pump Saver Usage Instructions:

  1. Turn off the pressure washer and let it cool down.
  2. Disconnect the water supply hose from the pump inlet.
  3. Reconnect the water supply hose to the pump inlet.

Pump Winterizing Blowout Fitting Usage Instructions:

  1. Turn off the pressure washer and let it cool down.
  2. Disconnect the water supply hose from the pump inlet.
  3. Remove the high-pressure hose from the pump outlet.
  4. Screw the pump winterizing blowout fitting into the pump
    outlet.
  5. Connect an air chuck to the fitting and blow out any remaining
    water from the system.
  6. Remove the pump winterizing blowout fitting and replace the
    high-pressure hose.
  7. Reconnect the water supply hose to the pump inlet.

High Temperature O-Rings Usage Instructions:

  1. Turn off the pressure washer and let it cool down.
  2. Locate the quick connect socket on the hot water outlet or
    wand.
  3. Remove the old O-ring and replace it with a new high
    temperature O-ring.
  4. Ensure that the O-ring is properly seated and that there are no
    leaks.

Long Range Chemical Nozzle Usage Instructions:

  1. Attach the long-range chemical nozzle to the end of the
    wand.
  2. Fill the chemical container with the desired cleaning
    solution.
  3. Turn on the pressure washer and adjust the pressure to
    low.
  4. Squeeze the trigger to draw in the cleaning solution and apply
    it to the surface to be cleaned.

Digital Hour Meter/Tachometer Usage Instructions:

  1. Attach the digital hour meter/tachometer to the spark plug wire
    of the engine.
  2. Turn on the pressure washer and allow it to run for a few
    minutes.
  3. Read the RPM on the display of the hour meter/tachometer.
