CM-4200-0MMB Cold Water Pressure Washer
Product Information
The CM-4200-0MMB is a professional high pressure, cold water
pressure washer designed for quality and performance. It has a 420
cc Mi-T-M engine with a displacement of 3.4 liters and a maximum
no-load RPM of 3700 (+/- 100). The pump uses Mi-T-M pump oil
#AW-4085-0016 and has a capacity of 16 oz. The nozzle size is #3.5
and the unit has a water volume of 3.5 GPM. The pressure washer
weighs 139 lbs and has dimensions of 25.83Lx22.5Wx25.25H
inches.
Product Usage Instructions
Before attempting to use or repair the pressure washer, read and
follow the safety warnings listed in the user manual. Only use
genuine manufacturer parts for repairs to avoid hazardous operating
conditions and voiding the warranty. When servicing the unit, turn
it off, relieve the water pressure, and allow it to cool down. Do
not make repairs while the unit is running.
To use the pressure washer, start by filling the fuel tank with
unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 86 and a capacity
of 1.8 gallons. Then, fill the pump with 16 oz of Mi-T-M pump oil
#AW-4085-0016. Connect the high pressure nozzle to the spray wand
and connect the spray wand to the pressure hose. Connect the
pressure hose to the unit’s water inlet. Turn on the water supply
and squeeze the trigger on the spray wand to release any trapped
air in the system.
To start the engine, move the choke lever to the “Choke”
position and pull the recoil starter cord until the engine starts.
Once it starts, move the choke lever to the “Run” position. Adjust
the spray wand to the desired pressure and begin cleaning.
After use, shut off the unit and release trapped pressure before
leaving. Do not leave the pressurized unit unattended.

SAFETY WARNINGS
1.
NEVER alter or modify the equipment. Be sure any accessory items and system components being used will withstand the pressure developed. Use
only genuine manufacturer parts for repair of your pressure washer. Failure to do so can cause hazardous operating conditions and will VOID warranty.
2.
NEVER make adjustments on machinery while the unit is connected to the engine without first removing the ignition cable from the spark plug.
Turning over the machinery by hand during adjustment or cleaning might start the engine and machinery with it, causing serious injury to the operator.
3.
Know how to stop and bleed pressures quickly. Be thoroughly familiar with controls.
4.
Before servicing the unit, turn unit off, relieve the water pressure and allow the unit to cool down. Do not make repairs while the unit is running.
Service in a clean, dry, flat area. Block the wheels to prevent the unit from moving. Be especially careful to properly dispose of any flammable materials.
5.
After testing the machine, DO NOT leave the pressurized unit unattended. Shut off the unit and release trapped pressure before leaving.
