HBL-22 Installation instructions of cardioid breathing lamp Kit

Tools required：

1. Electric iron 30W
2. Solder wire 0.8mm
3. Multimeter
4. Tweezers
5. Diagonal pliers

matters needing attention:

1. Check and identify the quantity and specification of components according to the list of components.
2. Use a multimeter to check and confirm all resistance values.
3. Confirm the polarity of the components and the installation directly on the circuit board in advance

1. Installation of resistance: refer to the right delivery list or the component number of the circuit board, and install the resistance corresponding to the circuit board
2. Install triode: pay attention to the direction when installing triode.
3. Installation of electrolytic capacitor: during installation, pay attention to the positive pole of the capacitor, the opposite type pad, or the + pole of the silkscreen
4. Install the power switch: pay attention to the direction of the notch at the bottom of the switch corresponding to the mouth-shaped silkscreen on the circuit board.
5. Install adjustable resistor: install 50K blue-white adjustable resistor to VR1.
6. Installation of the integrated circuit: during installation, pay attention to the gap of the integrated circuit corresponding to the gap of circuit board screen printing.
7. Installation of LED: pay attention to the difference between positive and negative poles of LED (the long foot is the square pad of the circuit board corresponding to the positive pole).
8. Install the optional power cord or battery box: weld the red wire to +. The black wire is welded in the following figure.
9. Check before power on: After welding the circuit board, it is necessary to check whether the components of the circuit board are installed reversely, empty soldering, or short circuit. After the inspection, the machine can be powered on and operated. The power supply of this machine is dc4-6v. Any USB interface can be used for power supply, or three ordinary dry batteries can be used for power supply. Attention! The supply voltage of the red LED version is slightly lower than that of the other color LED.

A red power supply of 4V is recommended. Other colors can be 4v5v6v.
