Do these have multipoint capability? Would like to use with my galaxy personal phone and I phone work phone?
They do for sure. I have a personal and a work phone, and I can be connected to both at the same time.
Can I use an iPhone 11 charging brick with these?
You can use the brick, although you will need to use the provided USB-C cable for charging.
How much ambient noise is heard on the other end of a phone call when I use this earbud??
None at all it’s very clear easy to hear the person on the other end

Each bud is ear specific, although either bud can be used in Solo Mode (one earbud listening).

They will connect to any Bluetooth – so if the sound bar has Bluetooth, then YES
