Overview

The table lamp consists of the following components:

• A. Lamp base
• B. Saddle
• C. Socket assembly
• D. Harp
• E. Lampshade
• F. Finial

Assembly Instructions

1. Insert the Harp (D) into the Saddle (B).
2. Attach the Lamp shade (E) onto the Harp (D) and tighten it with
   the Finial (F).

Safety Warning:

BULB TYPE: Use only the bulb type and wattage
indicated on Wattage Label placed on or near socket.

WARNING: NEVER EXCEED MAXIMUM WATTAGE Indicated
as bulb may cause fire.

CAUTION:

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other) as a safety feature. This plug can be used in a
polarized outlet only one way. If plug does not fit fully into the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG!

Wide Blade

PROPER LAMP CARE:

Use a soft cloth to dust your lamp on a regular basis. Never use
chemicals or an abrasive cleaner, to do so may damage the finish on
your lamp.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

If the fixture does not work:

1. Turn off electrical power and check all wire connections.
2. Check fuse or circuit breaker and replace if necessary.
3. Check to make sure light bulb is in working order.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Unpack all components from the packaging.
2. Insert the Lamp base (A) onto a flat surface.
3. Insert the Socket assembly (C) into the Lamp base (A).
4. Screw in a light bulb with the appropriate wattage and type
   into the Socket assembly (C).
5. Insert the Harp (D) into the Saddle (B).
6. Attach the Lampshade (E) onto the Harp (D).
7. Tighten the Lampshade (E) onto the Harp (D) with the Finial
   (F).
8. Plug in the Lamp into a polarized outlet with the wider blade
   of the plug in the wider slot of the outlet.
9. Turn on the Lamp by flipping the switch on the Socket assembly
   (C).
