Product Information: FID Bench with Arm and Leg Developer

The FID Bench with Arm and Leg Developer is a versatile fitness
equipment designed to provide a full-body workout. It features a
sturdy construction and various components to target different
muscle groups. The bench is adjustable, allowing users to customize

Arm and Leg Developer attachments provide additional exercises for

Assembly Instructions:

Assembly Step 1:

1. Connect the Back Bottom Beam Assembly (part 1) and Main Beam
   Tube Assembly (part 2) using the M10*120 hexagon bolt (part 6), 12
   flat washer (part 4), guide rod washer (part 3), and M12 lock nut
   (part 5).
2. Connect the Gear Plate (part 7) and Main Beam Tube Assembly
   (part 2) using the M10*80 hexagon bolt (part 10), 10 flat washer
   (part 8), and M8 lock nut (part 9).

Assembly Step 2:

1. Attach the Seat Tube Assembly (part 11) to the Main Beam Tube
   Assembly (part 2) using the Flat Washer 10 (part 13) and Lock Nut
   M10 (part 12).
2. Attach the Back Cushion Tube Assembly (part 14) and Back
   Cushion (part 15) to the Back Support Assembly (part 13).
