1510 Series 1650lb Holding Force EMLocks

Product Information:

The 2023 featured products for the 3rd quarter include the
following:

  • 1510 Series: These electromagnetic locks have a holding force
    of 1650lb. They feature an interlocking quick mount design and
    captive mounting screws for easy installation.
  • MSB550 Series: These mechanical switch bars are designed to
    release electromagnetic door locks for uninhibited egress. They
    provide an economical solution to meet building code
    requirements.
  • 1511S Series: These single integrated delayed egress locks
    offer enhanced security features.
  • S5000 Series: These electrified storefront exit devices are a
    heavy-duty alternative to magnetic locks for storefront
    applications. They have electric latch retraction standard for
    access control compatibility.

kits, hardware, and accessories for various locking and access
control needs.

Product Usage Instructions:

To use the electromagnetic locks (1510 Series), follow these
steps:

  1. Select a suitable location on the door frame to mount the
    lock.
  2. Ensure that the power supply is disconnected before
    installation.
  3. Align the interlocking quick mount design with the
    corresponding holes on the door frame.
  4. Securely fasten the lock using the captive mounting screws
    provided.
  5. Connect the lock to a compatible power supply using the
    appropriate wiring.
  6. Test the lock’s functionality by applying power and verifying
    that it securely holds the door when energized.

To use the mechanical switch bars (MSB550 Series), follow these
steps:

  1. Determine the appropriate location for the switch bar on the
    door.
  2. Mount the switch bar securely using the provided hardware.
  3. Connect the switch bar to the electromagnetic door lock.
  4. Ensure that the switch bar is properly aligned and functions
    correctly to release the lock for uninhibited egress.
