Product description
Intended use
The Nedis HPRF010BK is an RF wireless headphone that offers high quality analogue sound. Due to the design it is suitable for people with hearing difficulties.
It connects with different kinds of audio systems, such as a TV set, smartphone, DVD player, CD player, Hi-Fi system etc.
The transmitter also functions as the charger for the headphones.
Multiple receivers can be paired with one transmitter.
Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Installation
Check the contents of the package
Check that all parts from the parts list are present and that no damage is visible on the parts. If parts are missing or damaged, contact the Nedis B.V. service desk via the website: www.nedis.com.
Connecting the transmitter
1. Plug the cable from the adapter A14 into the power supply port A10.
2. Plug the adapter A14 into a power outlet.
3. Plug the provided 3.5 mm audio cable A15 into A8.
4. Plug the other end of A15 into your audio source.
Use
Switching on the transmitter
- Switch on the transmitter A7 by sliding A9 to the required position with the corresponding frequency: “1” (863.3 MHz) / “2” (863.9 MHz) / “3” (864.5 MHz).
A13 lights up green when the product is switched on.
A13 lights up green when the product is transmitting a signal or audio playback is on.
A13 turns off after 40 seconds without transmission.
Charging the headphones
Follow these steps to charge the battery of the headphones.
- Place the headphones A1 onto the transmitter A7.
- Make sure that the charging contacts A3 touch the charging pins A11.
A12 lights up red to indicate that the headphones are charging.
A12 turns off when the battery is fully charged.
Pairing the headphones to the transmitter
1. Switch on A 7.
- A1 switches on automatically.
- A5 is blinking.
2. Press A6 to adjust the frequency of the headphones to match the transmitter.
3. Check A1 is receiving audio.
- If A1 is not receiving audio, switch to a different frequency with A9 and press A6.
- A5 lights up red to indicate the headphones receive signal from the transmitter.
- A13 lights up green when pairing is successful.
Controlling the volume
Rotate A4 to adjust the volume.
Adjusting the sound balance
Rotate A2 to adjust the volume balance between the left and the right earbud.
Maintenance
- Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.
- Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning the product.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Possible cause | Solution |
Headphones do not switch on. | The batteries are drained. | Charge the headphones for at least 30 minutes and retry. |
Transmitter does not turn on. | The power cable is not properly connected. | Follow the instructions in chapter “Connecting the transmitter”. |
No sound is coming from the headphones. | The transmitter is not connected to the audio source. | Follow the instructions in chapter “Connecting the transmitter”. |
The headphones are too far out of reach from the transmitter. | Move the headphones closer to the transmitter. | |
The audio source volume is too low/muted. | Raise the volume on the audio source. | |
The headphones volume is too low/muted. | Raise the volume on the headphones with the volume wheel A4. |

Any changes and/or modifications to the product will void the warranty. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product.
