Product Information
The float accessories are additional components that can be used
to enhance the installation and functionality of the product. These
accessories include cable clamp assembly, float brackets, pipe
mounting bracket, cable weights, elapsed time meter with piggy-back
plug, vertical reed switch, anchor, and chain.
Cable Clamp Assembly
The cable clamp assembly provides a cable anchor point and
strain relief. It is designed to secure the cable in a vertical
direction. The mounting clamp is made of ABS Nylon blend, while the
hose clamp is highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
Float Bracket
The float bracket allows for convenient installation of float
switches.
Relief Connectors
The metal components of the relief connectors are made of 300
series stainless steel. These connectors are designed to
accommodate 18/2, 18/3, 16/2, 16/3 SJOW and SJTW cords.
Pipe Mounting Bracket
The pipe mounting bracket provides a secure mounting solution
for the product.
Cable Weight
The cable weight serves as an accurate pivot point for suspended
float switches. The housing of the cable weight is made of
impact-resistant, non-corrosive material. The clip is injection
molded acetal plastic. It can accommodate SJOW, SJTW, 18/2, 18/3,
16/2, 16/3, 14/2, and 14/3 wire/cable.
Cable Weight Mini
The cable weight mini is also used as an accurate pivot point
for suspended float switches. It can accommodate SJOW, SJTW, 18/2,
and 18/3 wire/cable.
Elapsed Time Meter with Piggy-Back Plug
The elapsed time meter plugs into a switched outlet or
piggy-back switch of a plugger control panel. It must be placed
inside an enclosure.
Vertical Reed Switch
The vertical reed switch is a component used for specific
control switches.
Anchor and Chain
The anchor and chain are accessories that can be used for
securing the product in place.
Product Usage Instructions
1. For cable clamp assembly, secure the cable in a vertical
direction using the provided mounting clamp and hose clamp. This
will provide an anchor point and strain relief for the cable.
2. To install float switches conveniently, use the float
bracket.
3. Use the relief connectors to accommodate the specified
wire/cable types (18/2, 18/3, 16/2, 16/3 SJOW and SJTW cords).
4. Mount the product securely using the pipe mounting
bracket.
5. For suspended float switches, use the cable weight or cable
weight mini as an accurate pivot point. Ensure that the wire/cable
is compatible with the weight’s specifications.
6. Plug the elapsed time meter with piggy-back plug into a
switched outlet or piggy-back switch of a plugger control panel.
Make sure to place it inside an enclosure.
7. Install the vertical reed switch according to the specific
control switches being used.
8. If needed, use the anchor and chain to secure the product in
place.
