The Control Panel Accessories include various components that
are designed to enhance the installation and functionality of
control panels. These accessories are made from high-quality
materials such as neoprene, stainless steel, PVC, polyethylene, and

- Cord Seals: These provide strain relief and a
liquid-tight seal. The seals are made of neoprene, while the
washers and nut and bolt are made of stainless steel. They can
accommodate various wire and cable types such as SJOW, SJTW, 18/2,
18/3, 16/2, 16/3, 14/2, and 14/3. - Cable Connectors: These connectors have VDE
approval and come with specifications provided on the back
side. - Hub Assembly: The hub assembly provides a
liquid-tight conduit attachment location. It consists of a PVC
terminal adapter (hub), neoprene gasket, and metal lock nut. - Panel Mounting Post: This component

easy weather-proof wire installation for simplex control

panels. - C-LevelTM Simulator: This hand-held test
instrument generates an adjustable C-LevelTM simulation signal. It
is easy to use and helps in testing and troubleshooting. - 4-20mA Simulator: This hand-held test
instrument generates an adjustable 4-20mA signal from loop power.

Product Usage Instructions:
To use the Control Panel Accessories effectively, follow these
instructions:
- For cord seals, select the appropriate size and type based on
the wire or cable being used. Install them to provide strain relief
and a liquid-tight seal. - When using cable connectors, refer to the specifications
provided on the back side for proper installation. - For hub assembly, attach the PVC terminal adapter (hub) using
the neoprene gasket and metal lock nut. Ensure a secure and
liquid-tight connection. - To install the panel mounting post, position it in the desired
location and use the provided stainless steel bolts and gaskets for
secure attachment. - If using the riser mounting kit, follow the provided
instructions to assemble or unassembled it as required. Use it to
secure the panel mounting post to a tank riser. - For simplex or duplex control panels, use the respective
installation kits to ensure weather-proof wire installation. - When using the C-LevelTM Simulator or 4-20mA Simulator, refer
to their respective user manuals for detailed instructions on
generating and adjusting the simulation signals.
