Product Information

The SC-SSE061528-128-WW-24 is a side-emitting neon LED strip that is available in various colors such as RGB, W, WW, NW, R, G, B, RGBIC. The LED strip has a large light-emitting surface that provides uniform and soft light. The product is made of high-end vapor phase silicone that provides good flexibility and plasticity. It is also waterproof and has passed CE, RoHS, and other certifications.
The LED strip has a luminous flux range of 442 lm/M to 551 lm/M depending on the color temperature. It has a beam angle of 160 degrees and a CRI of 80. The strip has a rated watt of 7.7 W/m and operates at a DC voltage of 24V. It has a maximum length of 5m and a minimum length of 62.5mm with a PCB width of 8mm. The package includes accessories such as end caps, mounting clips, and optional mounting channels.

Installation

There are two methods for installing the neon flex:

• Method 1: Fix the clip in the desired location and install the neon flex into the clip.
• Method 2: Cut along the cutting line with scissors, fill the plug with glue, put the neon flex into the plug, solder the wire using a soldering iron, and insert the neon flex into the plug.

Refer to Figures 1-7 for a detailed installation diagram.

Bending Direction and Bending Radius

The minimum bending radius for the neon flex is R30. Refer to Figure 8 for a visual representation.

Application

The SC-SSE061528-128-WW-24 LED strip is widely used in hotels, shopping malls, furniture, cabinets, bookshelves, as decorative lighting, direct lighting, or indirect lighting.

Packaging Information

The product comes in an anti-static bag and a packing box. The gross weight per reel is 0.121KG, and the quantity per carton is not specified. The packing box measures 59cm x 32.5cm x 21.1cm.

INSTALLATION DIAGRAM

Installation operation

1. Fix the clip in the place where the neon flex is installed, as shown in Figure 1.
2. Install the neon flex into the clip, the installation is complete, as shown in Figure 2.

1. Cut along the cutting line with scissors, as shown in Figure 3.
2. The plug will be filled with glue, and put the neon flex into the plug, the installation is complete, as shown in Figure 4.
3. Cut off the adhesive on the back of the PCB to reveal the welding points, as shown in Figure 5.
4. Use the soldering iron to solder the wire, as shown in Figure 6.
5. Put the plug encased into the line, repeat the Figure 4 gluing steps, and then insert the neon flex into the plug, the installation is complete, as shown in Figure 7.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT

• The LED strip and accessories can’t be squeezed or folded.
• PCB conductive parts can’t be damaged when installed.
• Installation must conform to electrical safety standards. The LED strip can only be installed by professionals.
• Ensure the power supply transforms the operating load with the transformer.
• When install on a metal or conductor surface, insulation protection needs to be provided to the contact area.
• Observe positive and negative polarity, and ensure the correct connection to avoid damaging LED strip.
• When installation, please prevent static electricity.
• The product needs an anti-corrosion environment, such as avoiding dampness, water drop or other adverse elements.
