Product Information: BC Submersible Pumps
The BC Submersible Pumps are designed for multiple applications
such as domestic, civil, and industrial use. These pumps are
double-channel pumps that can handle sewage water and have a
sufficiently long power cable. The product complies with EN 60335-1
IEC 60335-1 CEI 61-150 and EN 60034-1 IEC 60034-1 CEI 2-3 safety
standards. The product is certified by DNV ISO 9001: QUALITY for
management system. The product has options available on request and
comes with patents, trade marks, and models.
Performance Range:
The product has a flow rate of up to 51 l/min and a total
manometric head of up to 16 metres. The product can handle solid
bodies with a diameter of up to 50 mm.
Construction Characteristics:
- Pump Body: Cast iron with an Epoxy Electro Coating treatment
for greater resistance to corrosion, with threaded port in
compliance with ISO 228/1 - Base: Stainless steel AISI 304
- Impeller: Double Channel type AISI 304 micro-cast stainless

Product Usage Instructions:
- Make sure that the power cable is sufficiently long for outdoor
applications. The standard EN 60335-2-41 states that the power
cable must be 10 m long for outdoor applications. - Install the pump in a suitable location where it can handle
sewage water and solid bodies with a diameter of up to 50 mm. - Connect the pump to a power source that complies with the
product specifications. - Turn on the pump and allow it to run until it reaches its
maximum performance range as specified in the user manual. - Maintain the pump by checking and cleaning it regularly to
ensure that it operates at optimal performance.

INSTALLATION AND USE
BC submersible pumps are suitable for draining dirty and sewage water in domestic and civil applications. They come equipped with a DOUBLE-CHANNEL stainless steel impeller and are capable of pumping liquids containing short fibred suspended solids up to Ø 50 mm. They are ideal for pumping sewage, waste water, surface water and water mixed with mud in locations such as blocks of flats and detached houses. These pumps distinguish themselves for their reliability, which can be best appreciated under automatic operating conditions in fixed installations.

Electric motors produced to a high quality standard, subjected to the most rigorous checks to ensure excellent insulation. The impregnation of the winding, achieved with high quality resins, is followed by treatment in an oven for up to eight hours, thus ensuring the long working life of the motor.
