Product Information

This product is designed to work with natural gas and includes
the following parts:

  • 1 H-Burner
  • 1 Flex Line
  • 1 Damper Clamp
  • 1 Elbow Adapter
  • 1 Female to Flared Connector

Please note that working with natural gas can be complicated and
dangerous. Therefore, it is recommended that all connections and
fittings should be made by a licensed gas installer.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using this product, please ensure that all parts are
present and in good condition. If any part is damaged or missing,
do not use the product and contact the manufacturer for a
replacement.

  1. Attach the H-Burner to the Flex Line using the Elbow
    Adapter.
  2. Secure the Damper Clamp around the Flex Line to keep it in
    place.
  3. Connect the Female to Flared Connector to the other end of the
    Flex Line.
  4. Attach the Female to Flared Connector to the gas source using a
    licensed gas installer.
  5. Turn on the gas supply and light the burner according to the
    manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Monitor the burner while it is in use and turn off the gas
    supply when finished.

Always follow proper safety precautions when using this product,
including keeping flammable materials away from the burner and
never leaving it unattended while in use. Failure to follow these
instructions could result in serious injury or property damage.

Instructions and Assembly ­ H-Burner Kits
Working with Natural Gas can be complicated and dangerous. All connections and fittings should be made by a licensed gas installer.

5. Female to Flared Connector

Instructions
– Apply your Damper clamp (part 3) to the flue – Add pipe compound or yellow Teflon tape to the gas stub in your fireplace before installing the elbow adapter (part 4). Use a wrench to tighten and the male flared end should be facing the back of your fireplace – Add pipe compound or yellow Teflon tape to the threads of your H-Burner (part 1) before connecting your female to flared connector (part 5). Use a wrench to tighten – Connect the Flex line (part 2) to the elbow adapter (part 1). Tighten with a wrench but do not use pipe compound or Teflon tape. – Bend flex line (part 2) into an S shaped pattern, be careful not to kink or break your line. Thread the connector on the flex line to the connector (part 2) attached to your H-burner (part 1). Use a wrench to tighten. No pipe compound or yellow Teflon tape are needed. – Center the H-Burner (part 1) in your fireplace. Adjust your flex line (part 2) to ensure it is not positioned over the H-Burner. Your H-Burner should be 2-3 inches away from each wall (sides and rear). – Test for any leaks at all connections before lighting fireplace.
