ProStop: Manual Digital Stop & Fence System

The ProStop is a digital stop and fence system that allows for
precise and accurate measurements with a measuring range of up to
234 inches. The system is RoHs compliant (lead-free) and is
available in custom sizes upon request. The ProStop comes with a
lithium battery which has a lifespan of one year.

Usage Instructions:

1. Attach the ProStop to your saw or other cutting equipment.
2. Turn on the ProStop and select your desired measuring
   range.
3. Use the ProStop to make precise and accurate cuts.
4. For rapid return to commonly used positions, use the Quick Sets
   accessory.
5. For additional stops or larger stop contact surfaces, use the
   Second Digital Stop, Gang Stops, Vertical Stop, or Reach-in Stop
   accessories as needed.
6. Replace the lithium battery as needed (typically once per
   year).

Note: Custom sizes up to 234 inches are available upon request
and generally do not extend lead time by more than 23 days.
Extended ranges (above 234 inches) are made to order and generally
require 3-4 weeks lead time. The physical length of each system is
typically 6 inches longer than the measuring range. CAD files are
available for all size ranges.

ProStop: Manual Digital Stop & Fence System

A complete DIGITAL Stop & Fence System for miter saws, chop saws and similar tools. Includes an aluminum Fence, a Flip Stop with fine adjust, and double locks mechanism. Quick Set indexing stops can be added. (Quick Sets are useful for setting cutting positions that are used often, allowing very fast stop positioning for your most common cut lengths.) Several add-on accessories are available, such as the 90°/45° reversible stop plates, large area gang stops, reach-in plates, and more. ProStop uses our Series II measuring technology for the utmost in performance and reliability in almost all working environments (not recommended for use with full stream cutting fluids). No other manual stop and fence system can match ProStop’s repeatability (.001 in.). Additional Stops, Readouts, Fence extrusion, and accessories are also available.
Features: · Repeatable to .001 inch (0.02mm). · Stop flips up so rough cuts can be made without loss of position. · Fine adjust system is easy to learn and control. · Configurable for use on left or right side of the saw. · Battery powered system (no wiring to install/manage). · Includes incremental mode ­ with programmable kerf-compensating ability ­ for making repeat cuts. Return to the absolute mode when done, and there’s no need to recalibrate system. · The Digital Readout can remember calibration information for 5 different blades/tools. · Multiple stops can be used on the same fence (Use with the same saw, or with saws on both ends). · Display position in 16ths, 32nds, 64ths, decimal inches (3 places), or millimeters (2 places). · Automatic power-off after 15 minutes. Description Indexing tools for rapid return to commonly used positions. A second stop WITH electronics. Can be used as a gang plate, or for cutting parts that are mitered at 45 degrees. Extends stop 8, 10, or 12″ from front of the fence. Provides larger stop contact surface. Allows stop to touch blade (or can be used for positioning stop when cutting small parts).
