XIEGU DE-19 External Expansion Adapter
INTRODUCTION
DE-19 is an external expansion adapter. It integrates a USB interface unit, isolation and amplification unit, and interface units matching G90、G106 and XPA125B. It can act as the external adapter for the foregoing models and is easy to connect to PC for control or data communication.
Applicable models: G90/G90S, G106/G106C
Interface Specification
The interfaces of DE-19 are described in the figure below:
Description of DE-19 Application Wiring
G106C is taken as an example to explain the wiring of DE-19 with radio host and external power amplifier.
- Before use, it is required to install the CH342 port drive or use a drive tool for online installation. When the drive is installed, connect to the DE-19 adapter, and the virtualized sound card equipment can be seen at the computer’s device manager. Please choose the sound card virtualized by DE-19 for sound input/output. It shall be noted that different sound devices are required for input and output.
- Use an 8-cored Mini-Din couplet cable to connect the ACC interface of DE-19 with the ACC interface of radio equipment.
- Use a 3.5mm couplet cable to connect the CIV interface of DE-19 with the COM interface of radio equipment.
- Use cable L4001 to connect DE-19 with XPA125B.
- Use Type-C cable to connect DE-19 with PC.
