Product Usage Instructions

- Assembly:
- No tools are required for assembly.
- Ensure that all parts are included as shown in Figure 1.
- Install the Harp Part A onto the Lamp Base Part B.
- Place the Shade Part C onto the Harp Part A.
- Attach the Shade Finial Part D onto the Harp Part A.
- Screw the Bulb into the Lamp Socket Part E.
- Remove the Plug Cap, Part F from the Plug.
- Troubleshooting:
- If the bulb does not light, it could be burnt out or damaged.
Replace the bulb. - Confirm that the power to the lamp is on and that it is
properly plugged in. - If the issue persists after troubleshooting, contact your local
Ethan Allen Design Center.

DO NOT MODIFY the plug or power cord in any way. DO NOT EXCEED the recommended bulb wattage. Use only the type of bulb specified. Keep flammable materials away from bulb. DO NOT OPEN the product or alter the wiring in any manner. Extension cord: Follow precautions provided with power cord.
UNPACKING: Use care when unpacking. Locate ALL PARTS INCLUDED before disposing of packaging materials.
