REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES

Required Tools: (Not included)
A. 5 mm Allen wrench
B. 4 mm Allen wrench
C. 8 mm wrench
D. Long needle pliers
E. Flat screwdriver
WARNING
CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or another injury, turn the power switch OFF and disconnect the charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.
Step 1
Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the bolts on the collar clamp. Remove collar clamp and set aside.
Step 2
Disconnect the brake lever switch from the controller.
Step 3
Using a 4 mm Allen wrench and an 8 mm wrench, loosen the bolt that holds the brake cable.
Step 4
Using long needle pliers, squeeze the end cap from the brake cable. Pull the brake cable out from the brake barrel guide.
Step 5
Using a 5mm Allen wrench, loosen the bolt from the brake lever. Pull the lever away from the grip and pull the grip from the handlebar.
Step 6
Using a flat screwdriver, remove the grommet from the handlebar and pull the wire out from the handlebar.
Step 7
Reverse the steps.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 12 hours before using.
