Throwdown Swivel REV B Installation Guide

To resolve the issue of the swivel hardware backing out, a change was made to include an anti-rotation bracket. Please see below for instructions on removing the REV A swivel and installing the REV B swivel. Be sure to measure the tube width and ensure the correct kit is ordered for the specific tube dimensions.
Required Tools
- 8mm Allen Key
- Large Jaw Adjustable Crescent Wrench
- Loctite 242

- 72-00121-KT2 Turret Bolt Kit for 2 inch (5.08 cm) Tube
- 72-00121-KT3 Turret Bolt Kit for 3 inch (7.62 cm)Tube
- 72-00121-KT4 Turret Bolt Kit for 4 (10.16 cm) inch Tube
Assembly Instruction
- Remove the REV A swivel using an 8mm allen key and an adjustable crescent wrench
- Apply Loctite 242 to the bottom of the bolt.
- Install the REV B swivel including the antirotation bracket using an 8mm allen key and an adjustable wrench – ensure that the bearing is sandwiched between the two washers.
NOTE: Apply low torque to the bolt but DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN. If the turret bolt is overtightened, the swivel ring will not spin. Check the swivel ring and confirm it can spin freely.
