Troubleshooting
The lights indicate the current status of your gateway. To troubleshoot any connection problems, use the table below.

| Off | Upstream channel inactive |
| Blinking Green | Scanning for upstream channel | |

| Off | Modem offline |
| Blinking Green | None – scanning for configuration parameters | |
| Solid Green | None – operational | |
| Ethernet
| Off | A device is not connected to the Ethernet port on the back. |
