Installation Instructions
- Add bottom formed base (B) to flat base (A)
- Twist base (A & B) onto bottom tube (C)
- Add top tube (D) to bottom tube (C) using spring insert located inside tube (C)
- Position backplate (E) in place and twist bolt into top tube (D)
- To affix sign to the stand, carefully position the sign on the backplate and press firmly to secure
