Product Information: Submersible Pumps

The Submersible Pumps are available in different models with
different codes. The applicable codes for the pumps are 12627,
12626, 12625, 16934, and 16933. The models available are BOS-2LM,
BOS-1-1/2LM, BOS-1LM, and BOS-3/4LM2, and BOS-1/2LM2. These pumps
are designed for industrial and agricultural use and can be
submerged underwater.

Safety Warnings:

The submersible pumps must be used with caution. Before using
the tool, read the manual thoroughly to understand the safety
warnings, technical specifications, and instructions for use. The
power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer or Service Center
if damaged to avoid any risk of shock or major accident. The tool
must be grounded while in use to avoid electrical shock. All power
circuits must be disconnected before accessing the terminals. Do
not expose the tool to rain, liquids, and/or moisture. When using
an extension cord, use a gauge heavy enough to carry the current
your tool will draw. An undersized cord will cause voltage drops in
the line, resulting in loss of power and motor overheating.

before using the tool.

Follow these steps to use the submersible pump:

Assemble the pump according to the instructions provided in the
manual.
Ensure that the power source is grounded and that all power
circuits are disconnected before accessing the terminals.
Connect the power cable to the power source.
Submerge the pump underwater.
Turn on the pump and adjust the flow rate and height as
needed.
After use, turn off the pump and disconnect the power cable
from the power source.
Maintain and troubleshoot the pump as needed, following the
instructions provided in the manual.

· Plug the plug into a properly grounded contact or outlet as shown in example A. Not

all contacts or outlets are properly grounded. If you are not sure, check with a qualified

electrician. · If the contact you plan to use for your tool is a 2-pole (2-hole) contact DO NOT

REMOVE OR ALTER THE GROUND CONDUCTOR OF YOUR PLUG FOR ANY REASON.

Use a temporary adapter as shown in example B and always connect the grounding

conductor lug as shown.

CAUTION When using an extension cord, be sure to use a gauge heavy enough

to carry the current your tool will draw. An undersized cord will cause voltage drops

in the line, resulting in loss of power and motor overheating. The following table

General Power Tools Safety Warnings

WARNING! Read carefully all safety warnings and instructions listed below. Failure to comply with any of these warnings may result in electric shock, fire and / or severe damage. Save all warnings and instructions for future references.

Work area Keep your work area clean, and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas may cause accidents.
Never use the tool in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Sparks generated by power tools may ignite the flammable material.
Keep children and bystanders at a safe distance while operating the tool. Distractions may cause loosing control.
Electrical Safety The tool plug must match the power outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with grounded power tools. Modified plugs and different power outlets increase the risk of electric shock.
Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, electric ranges and refrigerators. The risk of electric shock increases if your body is grounded.
Do not expose the tool to rain or wet conditions. Water entering into the tool increases the risk of electric shock.

Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables a better control on the tool during unexpected situations.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep hair, clothes and gloves away from the moving parts. Loose clothes or long hair may get caught in moving parts.
If you have dust extraction and recollection devices connected onto the tool, inspect their connections and use them correctly. Using these devices reduce dust-related risks.
Power Tools Use and Care Do not force the tool. Use the adequate tool for your application. The correct tool delivers a better and safer job at the rate for which it was designed.
Do not use the tool if the switch is not working properly. Any power tool that cannot be turned ON or OFF is dangerous and should be repaired before operating.
Disconnect the tool from the power source and / or battery before making any adjustments, changing accessories or storing. These measures reduce the risk of accidentally starting the tool.

Do not force the cord. Never use the cord to carry, lift or unplug the tool. Keep the cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.

Store tools out of the reach of children. Do not allow persons that are not familiar with the tool or its instructions to operate the tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

When operating a tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Using an adequate outdoor extension cord reduces the risk of electric shock.
If operating the tool in a damp location cannot be avoided, use a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protected supply. Using a GFCI reduces the risk of electric shock.
Personal safety Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of distraction while operating the tool may result in personal injury.
Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as safety glasses, anti-dust mask, non-skid shoes, hard hats and hearing protection used in the right conditions significantly reduce personal injury.
Prevent unintentional starting up. Ensure the switch is in the “OFF” position before connecting into the power source and / or battery as well as when carrying the tool. Transporting power tools with the finger on the switch or connecting power tools with the switch in the “ON” position may cause accidents.

Service the tool. Check the mobile parts are not misaligned or stuck. There should not be broken parts or other conditions that may affect its operation. Repair any damage before using the tool. Most accidents are caused due to poor maintenance to the tools.

Use the tool, components and accessories in accordance with these instructions and the projected way to use it for the type of tool when in adequate working conditions. Using the tool for applications different from those it was designed for, could
result in a hazardous situation.

This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

Children or people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities shall not operate the tool, neither inexperienced people or without knowledge in the use of the tool, unless supervised by a person responsible of their safety or if receiving previous instructions about the tool operation. Children shall be kept under supervision to double-check they will not play with the tool. Tight supervision shall be used with children or disabled persons to prevent from using or being close to any household tool.

Remove any wrench or vice before turning the power tool on. Wrenches or vices left attached to rotating parts of the tool may result in personal
injury.

This tool is in compliance with the Official Mexican Standard (NOM – Norma Oficial Mexicana).

Safety warnings for submersible pumps

· This submersible pump stands out for its flow rate, efficiency, simple structure and ease of use and maintenance. It is used for pumping projects in deep wells, springs and irrigation systems.
WARNING · Flammable, aggressive or unhealthy substances must not be pumped, nor must it be used with sewage.
CAUTION · The device is not suitable for commercial use; it is not suitable for permanent circulation in filter systems or for use with liquids containing abrasive materials (e.g. sand) or containing mixtures of earth, sand, mud or sludge. Any other use is considered inappropriate. Unexpected damage may occur as a result of improper use, modification to the device or the use of spare parts that have not been tested and approved by the manufacturer.
· Before using the appliance for the first time, the user must read and understand these instructions in order to ensure safe operation. · Observe all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in injury to the user and others. · Keep this instruction manual and safety information for future reference. · The appliance should not be used if it shows damage or does not function properly. In case of malfunction, the appliance should be repaired by an Authorized Service Center.
WARNING · Do not use this appliance in areas where explosives are present or near flammable liquids or gases.
WARNING · Do not touch the electrical plug with wet hands. Always disconnect by the plug and not by pulling on the power cord.
CAUTION · Do not use the power cord to lift or support the pump in any way, or use it for other than its intended use. · Connection must be to grounded outlets that have been properly installed and tested. The voltage of the power supply and the fuse must correspond to the technical data of the device. · The device must be connected by means of a residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) with a short-circuit current design of not less than 30 mA · Before switching on, it must be ensured that the power supply corresponds to the requirements of the device. · The device must be operated only within the specified voltage, power and rated speed limits (see manufacturer’s nameplate).
CAUTION · Do not twist, pinch or drive a vehicle over the power cord; protect it from sharp edges, oil or heat.
CAUTION · Extension cords should not be used.

CAUTION · In the event of damage to the power cord, disconnect the appliance from the power supply immediately. Never use the appliance if the power cord is damaged. · Disconnect the plug from the power supply before servicing the appliance.
CAUTION · The appliance should be disconnected from the power supply when not in use.
CAUTION · Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, make sure that the switch is in the off position.

· This line of submersible pumps is designed to work with clean water such as in the case of pumping deep wells and springs or in irrigation systems containing clean water with solids up to 2 mm (BOS-1/2LM2 and BOS-3/4LM2) and 2.5 mm (BOS-1LM2, BOS-1-1-1/2LM2 and BOS-2LM2) and the content of impurities should not exceed 0.02 % by weight.
· Water temperature should not exceed 95 °F; · The acid balance of the water should be between 6.5 pH and 8.5 pH. · The H2S content should not exceed 1.5 mg/l.

· A guide casing should be installed for deep well submersible pump with high flow rate and high power in large diameter wells or similar conditions. · The pump should be installed vertically, with a maximum of 30 degrees inclined vertically. Under no circumstances should it be installed horizontally.. · The submersible deep well pump must be fully submerged in order to operate properly. Allowing it to run when not submerged will cause severe damage.

1. Well check: · Check the well diameter: Before purchasing and installing the pump, check if the internal diameter of the well meets the minimum dimensions of our deep well submersible pump. · Washing the inside of the well: In case of a new well, remove objects and mud. Use an air compressor or an old submersible pump. When the water in the well meets pumping standards, then install pump in the well. · Check the well water: Check if the water quality and temperature meet the conditions described for the pump.
2. Insert a rope through the suspension eyelets of the pump, if the depth is less than 100 ft the rope should be waterproof and UV resistant, otherwise the rope may be damaged due to the vibration of the pump. When the depth is more than 100 ft, fix it with steel wire. Do not use the power cable or discharge hose to lift or support the pump. 3. Install the discharge pipe using a wrench to secure the connection. 4. Slowly lower the pump into the well and hold the pump upwards. Secure the cable in the pipe with tape every two meters. Confirm that the cables are not pressed against the well wall during pump movement, which can damage the cable.

· During the lowering process of the pump, in case of jamming, do not continue forcing. This prevents blockage and damage to the pump. · Determine the depth of the pump below the surface according to the mud content and the condition of the well. Do not place the pump above the mud. The distance between the pump and the bottom of the well should not be less than 3.3 ft. · The distance from the submerged pump to the dynamic water level should be less than one meter. Otherwise, the pump may be damaged due to idle operation. · If the pump is installed too low, a valve should be used in the tubing outside the well to control the flow rate and protect it from tripping over the motor control box because the flow rate is too low. · Ground the motor line properly to avoid electrical leakage shock.

Maintenance

· After installing the pump, recheck the insulation resistance and confirm that there is no damage to the cable. Turn on the pump to test that everything is working properly. Check if the voltage and current at the control box comply with the technical parameters specified on the pump. The pump can be used after checking the flow rate and that there is no vibration or noise. · After the pump has run for 5 hours for the first time, it should be shut down to check the heat resistance insulation. should not be less than 0.5 M · The time interval between shutdown and restart should be 20 minutes to prevent pump damage due to incomplete backflow. Start-up times must be considered so that the pump starts up to a maximum of 10 times in a span of 24 hours without exceeding its duty cycle of 50 min on and 20 minutes off. · After normal operation, regular inspection of voltage, working current and insulation resistance the pump life can be extended.

· If any of the situations listed below exist, shut down the
pump immediately for troubleshooting 1. Current exceeds 20% of the weighted current at the
weighted head and weighted flow. 2. When the dynamic water level is below the inlet seal,
the water is pumped intermittently or will run dry. 3. Violent vibration of the pump and piping. 4. Voltage is too low. 5. A fuse in the control box is blown. 6. The heat resistance of the motor insulation to ground is
less than 0.5 M 7. After the pump has run for one year or after it has been
submerged for 2 years, take it out to clean debris or to
replace worn parts.

Troubleshooting

Problem
No water can be pumped or water flow is too small.

Cause
· Motor will not start.
· Blockage in the pipeline or on the screen. · Blockage in impeller or wear in float ring or guide vane seal ring. · Piping is broken or leaking water. · Water flow is too large or flow is too small in the well and is lower than that of the pump.

Solution
· Check for phase failure or bad contact. · Check if a wire is undersized. If so, use a larger diameter wire. · Check if the control box is suitable. · Choose a suitable control box.
· Clean the piping and screen. · Remove debris inside the pump or replace impeller, guide vane and seal ring. · Repair or replace piping. · Replace the small flow pump or stop it for a moment and restart the pump as long as you have sufficient water flow in the well.

Excessive current or frequent shutdowns.

· Flow rate is too high / height is too short in the well and is lower than the pump. · Pump shaft is bent / impeller is blocked. · The rotator is blocked or the thrust bearing is badly worn.

· Adjust flow valve to decrease flow. · Lower the motor load or replace with a low heat pump.

No se puede bombear el agua o el flujo de agua es muy pequeño.

· El motor no arranca.
· Bloqueo en la tubería o en la pantalla. · Bloqueo en el impulsor o desgaste en el anillo del flotador o el anillo de sello de la paleta guía. · La tubería está rota o tiene fuga de agua. · El flujo de agua es demasiado grande o flujo demasiado pequeño en el pozo y es más bajo que el de la bomba.

· Revise si no hay fallo en una fase o mal contacto. · Revise si un cable es de menor calibre. En caso de ser así, utilice un cable de mayor diámetro. · Revise si la caja de control es adecuada. · Elija una caja de control adecuada.
· Limpie la tubería y la pantalla.
· Retire los desechos dentro de la bomba o cambie el impulsor, la paleta guía y el anillo de sello.
· Repare o cambie la tubería. · Cambie la bomba de flujo pequeño o deténgala por un momento y reinicie la bomba mientras tenga suficiente flujo de agua en el pozo.

Corriente excesiva o se apaga con frecuencia.

· La tasa de flujo es muy alta / la altura es muy corta en el pozo y está más abajo que la bomba. · El eje de la bomba se dobla / el impulsor está bloqueado. · El rotador está bloqueado o el cojinete de empuje está muy desgastado.

· Ajuste la válvula de flujo para disminuir el flujo. · Baje la carga del motor o cambie por una bomba de baja altura. · Acuda a un Centro de Servicio Autorizado

La resistencia al calor del motor es muy baja o el protector de fuga de tierra se dispara.

· El cable de hule está roto. · Falla en el sellado del motor.

El motor no arranca, pero parece que si tiene corriente.

· Fallo en la fase. · Caída de tensión.

· Revise el cable eléctrico y conecte el fusible. · Corrija la caída de tensión para cumplir con los requerimientos especificados.

Si los problemas persisten a pesar de realizar las acciones correctivas recomendadas,

contacte a un Centro de Servicio Autorizado

Puesta en marcha
· Durante el proceso de descenso de la bomba, en caso que se atore no la siga forzando. con esto se evita que se bloquee y se dañe la bomba. · Determine la profundidad de la bomba debajo de la superficie de acuerdo con el contenido de lodo y la condición del pozo. No coloque la bomba sobre el lodo. La distancia entre la bomba y el fondo del pozo no debe ser menor a 1 metro. · La distancia de la bomba sumergida al nivel del agua dinámica debe ser menor a 1 metro. De lo contrario la bomba se puede dañar debido al funcionamiento en ralentí. · Si la bomba se instala muy bajo, se debe utilizar una válvula en la tubería fuera del pozo para controlar la tasa del flujo y protegerla contra un tropezón con la caja de control del motor debido a que la tasa de flujo es muy baja. · Conecte la línea a tierra del motor correctamente para evitar una descarga por fuga eléctrica.

Mantenimiento

· Después de colocar la bomba, vuelva a revisar la resistencia del aislamiento y confirme que el cable no tenga algún daño. Encienda la bomba para probar que todo funcione bien. Revise si la tensión y la corriente en la caja de controles cumplen con lo especificado en los parámetros técnicos especificados en la bomba. Se puede utilizar la bomba después de revisar la tasa de flujo y que no exista vibración o ruido. · Después que la bomba ha funcionado durante 5 horas por primera vez, se debe apagar para revisar el aislamiento de resistencia al calor. no debe ser menor a 0.5 M · El intervalo de tiempo entre apagado y reinicio debe ser de 20 minutos para prevenir que la bomba se dañe debido a que el reflujo está incompleto. Los tiempos de arranque deben considerarse para que la bomba arranque hasta un máximo de 10 veces en un lapso de 24 horas sin exceder su ciclo de trabajo de 50 min encendida y 20 minutos apagada. · Después de la operación normal, inspección regular del

voltaje, corriente de trabajo y resistencia del aislamiento la
vida de la bomba puede extenderse.
Si algunas de las situaciones en la lista abajo existen,
apague la bomba de inmediato para la detección y
solución de problemas. 1. La corriente excede 20% de la corriente ponderada en
la altura ponderada y flujo ponderado. 2. Cuando el nivel del agua dinámica está debajo de la
junta de entrada, el agua se bombea de manera
intermitente o va a correr en vacío 3. Vibración violenta de la bomba y la tubería 4. El voltaje está muy bajo 5. Un fusible de la caja de control está fundido. 6. La resistencia al calor del aislamiento del motor a tierra
es menor a 0.5 M 7. Después que la bomba ha funcionado durante un año o
después de haber estado sumergida durante 2 años,
sáquela para limpiar los desechos o para cambiar las
piezas gastadas.

· Se debe instalar una cubierta guía para bomba sumergible de pozo profundo con tasa de flujo alto y alta potencia en pozos de gran diámetro o condiciones similares. · La bomba se debe instalar verticalmente, con un máximo de 30 grados inclinada a lo vertical. Por ningún motivo se debe instalar en horizontal. · La bomba sumergible para pozo profundo se debe sumergir por completo para poder funcionar correctamente. Dejar que funcione cuando no está sumergida ocasionaría daños severos.

Montaje
1. Revisión del pozo: · Revise el diámetro del pozo: Antes de comprar e instalar la bomba, revise si el diámetro interno del pozo cumple con las medidas mínimas de nuestra bomba sumergible para pozo profundo. · Lavado del interior del pozo: En caso que se trate de un pozo nuevo, se debe retirar objetos y lodo. Utilice un compresor de aire o una bomba sumergible vieja. Cuando el agua del pozo cumpla las normas de bombeo, entonces instale bomba en el pozo. · Revise el agua del pozo: Revise si la calidad del agua y la temperatura, cumplen con las condiciones descritas para la bomba.

Inserte una cuerda a través de los ojillos para suspensión de la bomba, si la profundidad es menor a 30 m la cuerda debe ser resistente al agua y a los rayos UV, de lo contrario, la cuerda se puede dañar debido a la vibración de la bomba. Cuando la profundidad sea mayor a 30 m, fíjela con alambre de acero. No utilice el cable de alimentación ni el tuvo de descarga para levantar o sostener la bomba. 3. Coloque el tubo de descarga utilizando una llave inglesa para asegurar la conexión. 4. Introduzca lentamente la bomba en el pozo y mantenga la bomba hacia arriba. Fije el cable en el tubo con cinta adhesiva cada dos metros. confirme que los cables no queden presionados contra la pared del pozo durante el movimiento de la bomba, lo cual puede dañar el cable.

· Esta línea de bombas sumergibles está diseñada para trabajar con agua limpia como en el caso de bombeo de pozos profundos y manantiales o en sistemas de riego que contengan agua limpia con sólidos de hasta 2 mm (BOS-1/2LM2 y BOS-3/4LM2) y 2.5 mm (BOS-1LM2, BOS-1-1/2LM2 y BOS-2LM2) y el contenido de impurezas no debe ser mayor a 0.02 % por peso.
· La temperatura del agua no debe superar los 35 °C; · El balance ácido del agua debe estar entre 6.5 pH y 8.5 pH · El contenido de H2S no debe ser mayor a 1.5 mg/l

Advertencias de Seguridad para uso de bombas sumergibles

· Esta bomba sumergible se destaca por su tasa de flujo, eficiencia, estructura sencilla y facilidad de uso y mantenimiento. Se utiliza para proyectos de bombeo en pozos profundos, manantiales y sistemas de riego.
ADVERTENCIA · No deben bombearse sustancias inflamables, agresivas o nocivas para la salud; tampoco debe usarse con aguas negras.
ATENCIÓN · El aparato no es apropiado para uso comercial; tampoco para circulación permanente en sistemas de filtrado o para usarse con líquidos que contengan materiales abrasivos (por ejemplo: arena) o que contengan mezclas de tierra, arena lodo o barro. Cualquier otro uso se considera inadecuado. Existe la posibilidad que ocurran daños inesperados como resultado del uso inadecuado, modificación al aparato o por el uso de refacciones que no hayan sido probadas y aprobadas por el fabricante.

· Antes de utilizar el aparato por primera vez el usuario

debe leer y comprender este instructivo, con el fin de

obtener una operación segura.

· Observe todas las instrucciones de seguridad. No hacerlo

puede ocasionar daños al usuario y a otras personas.

· Guarde este instructivo e información de seguridad para

consultas futuras.

· No se debe usar el aparato si muestra daños o no

funciona adecuadamente. En caso que el aparato no

funcione bien lo debe reparar en un Centro de Servicio

Autorizado

ADVERTENCIA · No use este aparato en áreas

donde existan explosivos o cerca de líquidos inflamables o

gases.

ADVERTENCIA · No toque la clavija eléctrica con las

manos mojadas. Desconecte siempre por la clavija y no

jalando el cable eléctrico.

ATENCIÓN · No utilice el cable de alimentación para

levantar o sostener la bomba de ninguna forma, ni lo utilice

para usos diferentes al especificado.

· La conexión debe ser con tomacorrientes aterrizados que

se hayan instalado y probado de manera adecuada. La

tensión del suministro eléctrico y el fusible deben

corresponder a los datos técnicos del aparato.

· El aparato debe estar conectado por medio de un

interruptor de corriente residual (RCCB) con diseño de

corriente de corto circuito no menor a 30 mA

· Antes de conectarlo se debe asegurar que el suministro

eléctrico corresponda a los requerimientos del aparato.

· El aparato se debe utilizar sólamente dentro de los límites

indicados de tensión, potencia y velocidad nominal de

rotación (ver la placa informativa del fabricante).

ATENCIÓN · No enrede, apriete o pase un vehículo

sobre el cable de alimentación; protéjalo de orillas filosas,

aceite o calor.

ATENCIÓN · No se deben utilizar cables eléctricos

de extensión.

ATENCIÓN · En caso que se dañe el cable eléctrico,

desconecte el aparato del suministro eléctrico de inmediato.

Nunca use el aparato si el cable eléctrico está dañado.

· Desconecte la clavija del suministro eléctrico antes de dar

servicio al aparato.

ATENCIÓN · Se debe desconectar el aparato cuando

no esté en uso.

ATENCIÓN · Antes de conectar el aparato al

suministro eléctrico verifique que el interruptor esté en

posición de apagado (Off).

ATENCIÓN · Antes de desconectar el aparato, el

interruptor se debe poner en posición apagado (Off).

· No instale y conecte el aparato cuando haya personas o

animales en el medio que se va a bombear.

· Los niños menores de 16 años no deben usar este aparato

y deben mantenerse alejados del mismo cuando esté en

operación.

· Cualquier reparación la debe hacer en un Centro de

Servicio Autorizado

. Si las reparaciones

se hacen de manera incorrecta existe el peligro que entre

líquido a los componentes eléctricos.

Advertencias generales de seguridad para herramientas eléctricas

¡ADVERTENCIA! Lea detenidamente todas las advertencias de seguridad y todas las instrucciones que se enlistan a continuación. La omisión de alguna de ellas puede dar como resultado un choque eléctrico, incendio y/o daño serio. Conserve las advertencias y las instrucciones para futuras referencias.

Área de trabajo Mantenga el área de trabajo limpia y bien iluminada.
Las áreas desordenadas y obscuras son propensas a accidentes.
No maneje la herramienta en ambientes explosivos, como en presencia de líquido, gas o polvo inflamables.
Las herramientas eléctricas producen chispas que pueden encender material inflamable.
Mantenga alejados a los niños y curiosos cuando opere la herramienta.
Las distracciones pueden hacer que pierda el control.
Seguridad eléctrica La clavija de la herramienta debe coincidir con el tomacorriente. Nunca modifique una clavija. No use ningún tipo de adaptador para clavijas de herramientas puestas a tierra.
Clavijas modificadas y enchufes diferentes aumentan el riesgo de choque eléctrico.

Los cables dañados o enredados aumentan el riesgo de choque eléctrico.
Cuando maneje una herramienta en exteriores, use una extensión especial para uso en exteriores.
El uso de una extensión adecuada para exteriores reduce el riesgo de choque eléctrico.
Si el uso de la herramienta en un lugar húmedo es inevitable, use una alimentación protegida por un interruptor de circuito de falla a tierra (GFCI).
El uso de un GFCI reduce el riesgo de choque eléctrico.

Evite arranques accidentales. Asegúrese de que el interruptor está en posición “apagado” antes de conectar a la fuente de alimentación y/o a la batería o transportar la herramienta.
Transportar herramientas eléctricas con el dedo sobre el interruptor o conectar herramientas eléctricas que tienen el interruptor en posición de “encendido” puede causar accidentes.

Retire cualquier llave o herramienta de ajuste antes de arrancar la herramienta eléctrica.
Las llaves o herramientas que quedan en las partes rotativas de la herramienta
pueden causar un daño personal.

Vista adecuadamente. No vista ropa suelta o joyas. Mantenga su pelo, su ropa y guantes alejados de las piezas en movimiento.
La ropa o el pelo suelto o las joyas pueden quedar atrapados en las piezas en movimiento.
En caso de contar con dispositivos de extracción y recolección de polvo conectados a la herramienta, verifique sus conexiones y úselos correctamente.
El uso de estos dispositivos reduce los riesgos relacionados con el polvo.
Uso y cuidados de la herramienta No fuerce la herramienta. Use la herramienta adecuada para el trabajo a realizar.
La herramienta adecuada hace un trabajo mejor y más seguro cuando se usa al ritmo para el que fue diseñada.
No use la herramienta si el interruptor no funciona.
Cualquier herramienta eléctrica que no pueda encenderse o apagarse es peligrosa y debe repararse antes de ser operada.
Desconecte la herramienta de la fuente de alimentación y/o de la batería antes de efectuar cualquier ajuste, cambiar accesorios o almacenarla.
Estas medidas reducen el riesgo de arrancar la herramienta accidentalmente.
Almacene las herramientas fuera del alcance de los niños y no permita su manejo por personas no familiarizadas con las herramientas o con las instrucciones.

Requerimientos eléctricos

ADVERTENCIA La herramienta debe ser conectada a tierra mientras esté en uso para evitar una descarga eléctrica.
