TOOL NEEDED

PARTS

	Seat Cushion x 1
	Back Cushion x 1
	Leg with Armrest x 2

ASSEMBLY

1. Align leg mounting plates with holes on the bottom of the seat cushion. Use four M8 x 25 mm screws to secure loosely. Repeat on the opposite side. (See Figure 1)
   NOTE: Do not tighten screws until assembly is complete.
2. Align back cushion with holes in back mounting plates. Use four M6 x 25 mm screws to secure loosely. (See Figure 2)
   
3.  Use Phillips screwdriver to fully tighten all screws.
