Honda Pioneer Front Receiver
The Honda Pioneer Front Receiver is a kit that allows you to
install a front receiver on your Honda Pioneer vehicle. It comes
with all the necessary components, including a front receiver, a
receiver backer plate, and a hardware kit. The front receiver is
made of high-quality materials to ensure durability and
reliability.
The kit includes the following components:
- Front Receiver (Qty. 1)
- Receiver Backer Plate (Qty. 1)
- Hardware Kit (HK-423) consisting of:
- 3/8-16 x 1.25 Hex Bolt Flange Serr GR5 (Qty. 2)
- 3/8-16 x 2.00 Hex Bolt Flange Serr GR5 (Qty. 2)
- 3/8-16 Hex Flange Nylock Nut GR5 (Qty. 4)
Installation Instructions
Note: Before installing the front receiver,
make sure to read and understand these instructions thoroughly.
Ensure that all the necessary hardware is included in the
package.
- If a winch is already installed, remove the fairlead before
installing the front receiver. The fairlead hardware can be
discarded as it will not be reused. - Set the front receiver (1) in place and loosely secure it to
the front bumper using bolts (3.1) and nuts (3.3) as shown in
Figure 1. If applicable, the winch fairlead will be reinstalled
over the top of the front receiver. - Adjust the front receiver (1) to the contour and center of the
front bumper. Carefully tighten bolts (3.1) and nuts (3.3). - Using the front receiver (1) as a template, drill holes (A)
using a 7/16 drill bit as shown in Figures 1 & 2. - Place the receiver backer plate (2) on the back side of the
front bumper in hole location (A). Secure the top of the front
receiver (1) using bolts (3.2) and nuts (3.3) as shown in Figure 3.
If needed, the front bumper can be removed to access nuts
(3.3). - Tighten all hardware evenly.
By following these installation instructions, you will be able
to successfully install the Honda Pioneer Front Receiver on your
vehicle, providing you with additional versatility and
functionality.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Make sure all hardware needed to complete this Figure 1

understand the instructions before installing.

1. If a winch is already installed, the fairlead will need
to be removed before installing the front receiver.
NOTE: Fairlead hardware can be discarded as it
will not be reused.
2. Set front receiver (1) in place and loosely secure
to front bumper using bolts (3.1) and nuts (3.3) as
shown in Figure 1. NOTE: The winch Fairlead (if

applicable) will be reinstalled in this location over
top of front receiver (1) as shown in Figure 2.
3. Adjust front receiver (1) to the contour and center of the front bumper and carefully tighten bolts (3.1)

can be removed if more clearance is needed to ac-
cess nuts (3.3) in step 5.

6. Tighten all hardware evenly.
