Vieser Line fastening set installation instructions for reinforced concrete on ground
The Vieser Line fastening set includes:
4 x fastening screw 110 (plastic)
4 x mounting screw 6,0 x 120 (steel)
Installing a drain next to a wall
When you want to install a drain near a wall, install the floor drain in such a manner that the casting frame is attached to the wall (*A)
Alignment
Install the pouring supports in the casting frame (see Step 1 of Line installation instructions).
Place the casting frame on top of the floor drain so that the nub at the center of the casting frame aligns with the indent in the protective cover of the drain.
Adjust the height of the frame.
Place the pouring support pads so that the larger hole is facing out and mark the places of the holes on the insulation.
Installation
Place the plastic fastening screws in the places marked. Turn the fastening screws manually into the insulation so that they are in line with the top of the insulation.
Place the steel mounting screws included in the package into the holes in the pads.
Place the steel mounting screws into the holes in the plastic fastening screws. Lower the casting frame in place.
Screw in the screws.
Check the height of the pouring support and the horizontal level. Adjust if necessary. Finish the installation according to the Vieser Line installation instructions.
