Product Information
The Hot Spring Spas App is powered by the Connected Spa Kit. It
provides users with a convenient way to control and manage their
spa experience. The app allows users to transfer spa ownership,
change email addresses, delete accounts, change passwords, and
modify notification settings. Users can also change the name of
their spa, remove guest users, add new spas, and add guest users.
The app provides access to the App User Guide and the Spa Owner’s
Manual through external web pages. Additionally, it offers features
such as temperature control, multi-spa management, and audio
selection for music and wireless monitoring.
Product Usage Instructions
- To transfer spa ownership with the Connected Spa Kit installed,
follow these steps:- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “My Spas”.
- Choose the spa you want to transfer.
- Tap the “Transfer Spa To New Owner” option.
- To change your email address, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “My Profile”.
- Tap the pencil icon to modify your email address.
- Save the changes.
- The app will log you out. Log back in with your new email
address and existing password.
- To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “My Profile”.
- Choose the “Delete my Account” option.
- To change your password, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “My Profile”.
- Choose the “Change Password” option.
- To change notification settings, follow these steps:
- Tap the Gear icon.
- Select “Notification Settings”.
- Choose the “Spa Alerts” option.
- To change your spa name, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “My Spas”.
- Swipe left on the spa you want to rename.
- Tap the pencil icon to change the spa name.
- Save the changes.
- To remove a guest user, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “My Users”.
- Swipe left on the guest user you want to remove.
- Tap the Trash Can icon.
- To remove/delete a spa, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “My Spas”.
- Swipe left on the spa you want to delete.
- Tap the Trash Can icon.
- To add a new spa, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “My Spas”.
- Choose the “Add New Spa” option.
- Follow the in-app instructions to set up the new spa.
- To add a guest user, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “My Users”.
- Choose the “Add User” option.
- The guest user needs to download the application and create an
account. - The guest user needs to accept the invitation via the app’s
Notifications screen. - The guest user can accept the invitation by going to the Menu
Icon and selecting “Notifications”.
- To find the App User Guide, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “Support”.
- Select the “App User Guide” option.
- A link will open an external web page with the App User
Guide.
- To find the Spa Owner’s Manual, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select “Support”.
- Select the “Spa Owner’s Manual” option.
- A link will open an external web page with the Spa Owner’s
Manual.
- To control music from your app, follow these steps:
- Select the Music Icon.
- Choose the Audio icon.
- If you have music installed, select “Bluetooth Audio”.
- If you have an HD monitor/TV installed, select “Wireless
Monitor”.

Why does the temperature dial go grey after confirming new temperature? The spa is updating initial temperature request, once spa received request, a new temperature can be set
Why are there dots above my temperature icon?
This indicates that you have multiple spas associated with your account Spas can be either owned or Guest Invites Swipe left or right to see each spa home screen
Why can’t I lower my spa temperature below 80°F with CoolZone® installed?
This is a safety feature to ensure that the spa temperature is not set below 80° F without someone physically at the spa.
Why can’t I control music from my app?
The app allows you to select the source for audio that is installed on your spa Select Music Icon -> Audio icon
