NSI PT-2 Pin Terminal Instruction Manual
Select proper lug or splice connector for the size of cable being installed, making sure that the size matches the description in the table below.
- Carefully strip the insulation from the conductor without nicking the strands to a length so that the stripped conductor can be completely inserted into and fill up the barrel of the lug or splice.
- Wire brush the stripped portion of the conductor to remove any oxide films.
- The stripped portion of the conductor must be clean and inserted completely into the connector barrel.
- Install crimps per the appropriate tables below.
