Product Information

The sFLEX 10T is a flexible current probe meter that is
available in TC, SC, JP, and RU. The meter comes with a limited
warranty of years. It has a lock and unlock feature for secure
usage, and it is protected by double or reinforced insulation. The
meter conforms to EU directives and has AC measurement
capabilities. The battery capacity indicator flashes at a slow rate
when the battery capacity is greater than 2.5V and flashes at a
fast rate when the battery capacity is less than 2.5V. The sFLEX
10T is not user-serviceable and should only be repaired or serviced
by qualified personnel.

Usage Instructions

  • Safety Information: To ensure safe operation
and service of the meter, follow these instructions. Failure to
observe warnings can result in severe injury.
  • Warning: Identify hazardous conditions and
actions that could cause bodily harm or death. Always use proper
terminals, switch position, and range for measurements. To reduce
the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this product to
rain or moisture. Verify the meter operation by measuring a known
current. If in doubt, have the meter serviced. Do not apply more
than the rated voltage/current as marked on the meter. To avoid
false readings that can lead to electric shock and injury, replace
the battery as soon as the low battery indicator appears. Do not
use the meter around explosive gas or vapor. Do not use a flexible
current sensor if the inner copper wire of the flexible cord is
visible. De-energize the installation under test or wear suitable
protective clothing during fitting or removal of the flexible
current probe. Do not apply around or remove from uninsulated
hazardous live conductors, which may render electric shock,
    electric burn, or arc flash.
  • Caution: Identify conditions and actions that
could cause damage to the meter or equipment under test. Do not
expose the meter to extremes in temperature of high humidity.
  • Power On/Off: To turn on the meter, slide the
switch to the ON position. To turn off the meter, slide the switch
to the OFF position. Do not touch the area above the slide switch
    during measurement.
  • Flexible AC Current Probe: Set the DMM at AC
3.000V range and switch sFlex-T to the suitable range. Calculate
the correct current according to AC current specifications.
  • Range: In order to get the best output signal,
select the correct range according to tested current. Position 1 is
    for 30A – 300.0A, Position 2 is for 300A – 3000A. The slide switch
is for selecting the output signal, with options of 100mV/1A,
    10mV/1A, and 1mV/1A.
