JWCX0ES0101 Power Assist Wheelchair System
The NAVIONE power-assist wheelchair system is an electrically
powered wheel system designed to provide manual wheelchair riders
with more power, control, and confidence. It features proportional
drive control and wheel-to-wheel communication, making it suitable
for various styles of self-propellers.
The NAVIONE Power Assist Wheel System includes:
- Pair of 22 or 24 wheels
- Anti-Tip Bars
- Battery, Backpack, and Charger
- Drive Mode Switch
- Standard Mounting Hardware
The standard mounting hardware is included for both vertical and
horizontal axle plate types. The NAVIONE system meets the Medicare
criteria for PDAC code E0986, which classifies it as a manual
wheelchair accessory with pushrim activated power assist
wheels.

Note: The standard equipment for the 22 wheel
size is a plastic-coated handrim. If a stainless steel handrim is

Product Usage Instructions
To use the NAVIONE Power Assist Wheelchair System:
- Choose the appropriate wheel size based on your preference (22
or 24). - Select the desired hand rim type: plastic or stainless
steel. - Decide on the battery type: nickel or lithium.
- Identify the corresponding Order Model # for your chosen
configuration. - If you prefer a stainless steel handrim for the 22 wheel size,
contact your Yamaha Representative. - Consider any additional accessories or hardware you may
need. - Place an order specifying the frame make and model name.
- Provide the Purchase Order # for tracking purposes.
- Calculate the subtotal for the system, accessories, and axle
plate separately. - Add the sales tax and any applicable freight fee to the dealer
to determine the total cost.
