Product Information
The UV-C Sterilon Square HEPA 144W PP is a lighting fixture
designed for air purification. It is equipped with UV-C tubes that
emit radiation at a wavelength of 253.7 nm, which helps eliminate
bacteria and viruses. The fixture has an IP20 rating, indicating
protection against solid objects larger than 12 mm and no
protection against water ingress. It operates on a voltage range of
220-240V and a frequency of 50-60 Hz.
Product Usage Instructions
- To ensure safe installation, the assembly should be carried out
by a qualified person. Hang the fixture in places reinforced on the
ceiling. - Connect the power cable to the fixture and turn it on.
- To change the HEPA filter:
- Remove the bolts using an allen key 2.5.
- Use the catch to pull up and take off the cover.
- Replace the old HEPA filter with a new one. If there is a
carbon filter, remove and wash it before replacing the HEPA
filter. - Insert the bolts using an allen key 2.5.
- To change the UV-C tube:
- Use protective gloves when replacing UV-C tubes.
- Remove the old UV-C tube.
- Replace it with a new UV-C tube.
- Connect the power cable and turn on the fixture.
- Ensure there is free space (about 10 cm) around the installed
luminaire. Do not cover the lighting fitting with an insulation mat
or other materials. - The UV-C tubes status indicator is as follows:
- Green: Normal operation
- Red: Error or malfunction
- Red blinking: UV-C tubes need replacement

Przeplywowe lampy UV-C STERILON SQUARE HEPA , wykorzystuj wiatlo ultrafioletowe, niszcz DNA czy RNA wszelkich mikroorganizmów, które zostan poddane nawietleniu i usuwaj z powietrza wirusy, bakterie, grzyby. Oslonite wiatlo UVC nie wydostaje si na zewntrz lampy. Dziki wymuszonej cyrkulacji, powietrze przechodzi przez wntrze lampy, gdzie zostaje nawietlone i zdezynfekowane, a nastpnie wyparte na zewntrz. Lampy mog pracowa w obecnoci ludzi.
Sposób nawietlania:
1. Zainstaluj lamp w dezynfekowanym pomieszczeniu, w miar moliwoci centralnym miejscu, by zwikszy skuteczno dezynfekcji. Pamitaj, e skuteczno dezynfekcji w danym miejscu zaley od iloci lamp i powierzchni pomieszczenia. Maksymalny metra (kubatura) dezynfekowanego pomieszczenia przez jedn lamp wynosi ok. 50 m² (150 m³).

WARNING BEFORE USING LAMP FOR THE FIRST TIME, READ THE USER MANUAL
AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
UV-C STERILON SQUARE HEPA PP flow luminaires use ultraviolet light, destroy the DNA or RNA of all microorganisms that will be exposed and remove viruses, bacteria and mould from the air. The shielded UVC light does not escape to the outside of the luminaire. Thanks to stimulated circulation, the air passes through luminaire interior, where it is exposed to the light and disinfected, and then pushed outside. Luminaires can work in the presence of people. Exposure method: 1. Install the luminaire in a disinfected room, in a central place, if possible, to increase the e ectiveness of disinfection. Remember that the disinfection e ciency in a given place depends on the number of luminaires and the area of the room. The maximum area (cubic capacity) of a disinfected room is approx. 50 m2 (150 m3). 2. Fan power: 300 m³ / h with HEPA filter (with HEPA filter + 250 m³ / h carbon cartridge) 3. In order not to disturb air circulation, do not cover the luminaire fans. 4. There may be people in the room. They can move freely and do not need protective clothing. 5. Do not open the luminaire covers during its operation. Secure the luminaire against uncontrolled opening by other people 6. Do not use in rooms smaller than 1 m2. 7. The smell emitted by the luminaire is a technical smell. It may last for approximately 60 hours when the device is used. This smell does not pose any threat to luminaire users.
8. A small amount of visible blue light – it is reflected light, which does not contain UV-C radiation and is safe for humans.
Operational safety The UV-C light is highly harmful to humans and other living organisms, damages eyesight, skin and cell DNA. UVC light degrades the DNA and RNA code in the cells of living organisms. In the event of damage to the luminaire housing, no people or animals should be within the range of direct UVC rays. Damage to the luminaire will not a ect your health, if basic precautions are maintained. In this case, turn o the lamp immediately. If the fluorescent lamps break, ventilate the room for 30 minutes and remove the contaminated parts, preferably with gloves. Place them in a sealed plastic bag and take to a local waste disposal facility for recycling. Do not use a vacuum cleaner to remove damaged parts. Proper use of the luminaire does not pose any threat to life and health.

Die Lampen können in Gegenwart von Menschen arbeiten Belichtungsart: 1.
