Step 1:
Use the Allen key [DJ to attach the Rails [3] to the leg frames [2] with 35mm Bolts [A], spring washers [B], and washers [C].
Step 2:
Use the Allen key to attach the assembled rails and leg frames to the top plate [1] with 20mm Bolts [El spring washers and washers.
Step 3:
Attach the felt pads [F] to the bottom of each leg.
