Introduction
With the bundled Active Imaging 3-in-1 sonar, which includes CHIRP, SideScan, and DownScan with FishReveal, you can see structure and cover with a new level of fine detail. With support for ActiveTarget Live Sonar, you can view high-resolution photographs of fish swimming around structure and reacted to your bait – as it happened. With integrated Wi-Fi, NMEA 2000, and Ethernet connectivity, you may create the entire Elite Fishing System and add Halo Dome Radar and Outboard Pilot or share sonar, charting, waypoints, and other user data between displays. The multi-touch, high-resolution 7-inch screen is simple to install and use. With high-resolution 1-foot contours for 8,900 U.S. lakes, you will have better success on the water, from seeing important fishing spots like ledges, drop-offs, and ditches to precisely navigating to fish-holding zones.

POWER (A)
The unit is designed to be powered by 12 V DC. It is protected against reverse polarity, under voltage and over voltage (for a limited duration). A fuse or circuit breaker shall be fitted to the positive supply.

NOTE: A 7-pin transducer cable can be connected to a 9-pin port using a 7-pin to 9-pin adapter cable.
However, if the transducer has a paddle wheel speed sensor, the water-speed data will not be displayed on the unit.

The one I ordered came with transducer.
This is all you would need for the 3-in-1 Active Imaging transducer to work with the unit. This would let you view down and side view for structure, plus medium/high Chirp for sonar.
No sun visor but it does come with a screen cover while not being used.
I don’t see why it wouldn’t work for ice fishing.

A small 12v battery jell cell works well. Just make sure you install an inline fuse on the positive side
the 3n1 Transducer can be mounted on a trolling motor, but it will need an adapter bracket. Do a search for a trolling motor bracket for the brand and model of your trolling motor. Russell Marine Products is an excellent source.
I use mine in salt water. I always look at the connectors before plugging them in, at the first sign of corrosion I spray it with CRC QD electronic cleaner and spray before putting it away for the season.
