85783 Remote Dispensing System
Product Information
The Remote Dispensing System is a manually operated system
designed for high-volume dispensing. It eliminates the need for a
CO2 driven dispenser, making it highly convenient. The system
includes various parts such as a pump, single or twin pouch
systems, evacuation plates, mounting bracket, hose assembly,
turn-key clamps, coupling, dispensing cap, adapters, brush, torsion
spring, and pouch support.
The system can be used with pouches up to 3 gallons that have
either a 16mm fitment or a 38mm connector.
It is important to note that the pump is not acceptable for
dispensing potentially hazardous foods according to NSF
International.
Product Usage Instructions
Quick Start
- Install the countertop bracket, ensuring that the hole is
offset to leave space for the pump and hose below. - Insert the pump into the bracket.
- Attach the hose to the pump. Trim the hose if its length is
excessive.
Preparing Pouch(es)
Place the condiment pouch on a flat surface with the pouch
connector or fitment facing upward. If the pouch has a 38mm
external connector, remove the film in the pouch fitment. If the
pouch has a 16mm internal fitment, push the pump down through the
film in the pouch fitment until the top surface of the pouch
fitment touches the adapter rim.
Placing Pouch(es) and Support(s)
- Place the pouch(es) into the pouch support(s). For best
evacuation of condiment, locate the dispensing cap in the front
slot directed downward. - Place the support(s) beneath the counter. If using the twin
pouch system, use the provided wire rack for pouch supports.
Connecting and Priming the Pump
- Connect the hose to the pouch by snapping the hose end onto the
dispensing cap. - Prime the pump by repeatedly pressing the pump knob until
condiment is drawn up from the pouch and hose below.
Switching Pouches
- When a condiment pouch becomes empty, disconnect the hose from
the empty pouch by pressing the button on the side of the hose
coupling to release. - Snap the hose coupling onto the dispensing cap of the new
pouch. Follow the instructions on page 4 for preparing the new
pouch.
Disassembly
- To disconnect the hose from the pump, turn the hose clamp
turn-key counter-clockwise to loosen the hose.
