Pendle Range Bathroom Furniture Fitting Guide

Product Information

The Pendle Range Bathroom Furniture is a wall hung unit designed
for bathroom use. It comes with pre-drilled holes in the back panel
for secure wall mounting. The unit is meant to be used with a
basin, and a bead of silicone should be applied to the top edge of
the basin unit to seal between the basin and unit. The unit has
hinges that can be adjusted vertically, laterally, and horizontally
for proper door alignment. The drawers can be removed and installed
easily, and their position can be adjusted by adjusting the screw.
The product also includes a mirror cabinet and storage unit, which
come with plug screws with chrome covers for installation.

Product Usage Instructions

Wall Hung Unit Installation

1. Measure the L distance between each bracket on the unit and the
   H height required by the customer. The standard height is 850mm
   (including basin height) from floor to wash basin.
2. Fix the unit to the wall using suitable fixings provided in the
   box.

Hinge Adjustment

To adjust the door alignment:

• For vertical adjustment, loosen screw ‘A’ on all hinges, adjust
  the door, and retighten the screw.
• For lateral adjustment, loosen screw ‘B’, adjust the door, and
  retighten the screw.
• For horizontal adjustment of drawers, follow step ‘C’ to adjust
  the screw.

Drawers Remove/Install

To remove the drawer:

1. Follow step ‘A’ and remove the fastener.
2. Follow step ‘B’.

To install the drawer:

1. Follow step ‘B’.
2. Follow step ‘A’ to lock the fastener.

Mirror Cabinet and Storage Unit
Installation

1. Measure the L and H distance between each pre-drilled hole on
   the products.
2. Fix the products to the wall using plug screws with chrome
   covers provided in the box.
3. The distance between the mirror cabinet and basin should be
   300-400mm. The distance from floor to bottom of storage can be as
   per customer request.

Note: For safety reasons, the unit must be secured to the
wall using suitable fixings provided in the box. When fitting a
basin to the unit, a bead of silicone should be applied to the top
edge of the basin unit to seal between the basin and unit.

Tools required for installations

Hinge Adjustment

A – Ve r t i c a l
Loosen screw`A’on all hinges. Adjust door and retighten screw.

B-Lateral
Loosen screw`B’.Adjust door and retighten screw.

C-Horizontal
Loosen screw `B’ ½ turn. Turn screw`C’until door is positioned correctly and retighten screw`B’.

Drawers Remove/Install
To Remove the Drawer: Follow step ‘A’ and remove the fastener then follow step ‘B’. To Install the Drawer: Follow step ‘B’ and then follow step ‘A’ to lock the fastener. Drawer position: If drawer position needs altering follow step ‘C’ to adjust the screw.
