Product Information: Table Lamp
The Table Lamp is a lighting fixture made in China. It comes
with various parts including a lampshade, harp top, finial, on/off
switch, neck/harp saddle, and base. The lamp is designed to be used
with light bulbs that have an E26 (medium) base. It is important to
not exceed the specified wattage and avoid damaging the fixture’s
finish. The lampshade may come covered in plastic film which should
be removed before use.
Product Usage Instructions: Table Lamp
- Before assembly, carefully remove all parts and hardware from
the carton along with any protective plastic packaging. Do not
discard any contents until after assembly is complete to avoid
accidentally discarding small parts or hardware. - If the finial (Part A) is pre-installed to the harp top (Part
C), unscrew Part A before installing the lampshade (Part B), then
reinstall Part A to secure. - Attach the lampshade (Part B) to the harp top (Part C).
- Attach the on/off switch (Part D) to the neck/harp saddle (Part
E). - Attach the neck/harp saddle (Part E) to the base (Part F).
- Carefully pull cord down through the base to remove slack.
- Screw in a light bulb with an E26 (medium) base and do not
exceed the specified wattage. - The lamp is now ready for use.
Remember to be careful not to strip threads and avoid damaging
the fixture’s finish when using and maintaining the Table Lamp.

· This lighting fixture has a polarized plug (one prong is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug. Do not attempt to bypass this safety feature.
WARNINGS: · To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury: always turn off and unplug this
lighting fixture and allow it to cool before attempting to replace the light bulb. · Do not touch light bulb while fixture is turned on. · Keep flammable materials away from this lighting fixture. · Never look directly at a lit bulb.
